This is Glamping at its best! We have two cabins that have kitchens with mini frig, microwaves and sinks. Complimentary coffee and tea as well. Very comfortable queen beds. Each cabin has a living room and table area along with gas fireplaces inside and A/C. Outdoor courtyard area with firepit, picnic tables and string lights to enjoy the days or evenings.  Each cabin sleeps two but both can be rented to sleep four. Both cabins are historic to the area.   All of this is in the center of the Santa Ynez valley close to Los Olivos , Santa Ynez and Solvang. Wine tasting, bike riding and hiking. Weekend Trip to Lisa S.’s Land

This was our very first HipCamp experience. We had been road tripping for our pup's 11th birthday and we stayed one night. We absolutely LOVE the rustic architecture of the cabin (and the deco) and especially the garden (the pictures on the app don't do it justice). We arrived shortly after check-in time to rest under the shade of the trees/plants selection. We loved learning about the history of the cabin. We unfortunately have to point few things about this hipcamp. * The entrance of the property, even though it says in the directions to be "in front of" was hard to see from the road: no signs, no number, dirt entrance doesn't indicate it is the actually alley to take. We thought we were at a wrong address. * The rentals on the app seem to indicate 2 cabins only but there is a RV next to cabin 2 + a main house + another unit which we had no idea if they were rentals or not. * Quiet time of 10 pm was not respected by the other guests which we found out we had at 1.30 am when they came back and made loud noises (cabin 1 + RV). When you are staying for 1 night and road tripping, sleeping is important. Quiet time is indicated on a sheet of paper in the kitchenette only, which people might not read. * Cabin is located next to a major road that gives you access to downtown easily but that means you hear traffic. * A pet fee is also requested to be left in the cabin prior to your departure but not indicated on the app. We understand for long stay but not for one night.

We stayed in flood #5, the grounds were beautiful, the pool was closed when we arrived so the host opened it and even extended the time by an hour for the inconvenience! Our cabin was spacious and clean, they even provided a little space heater. The manager was very friendly and helpful, we are planning to come back every year !

We loved staying in Lisa's cozy, charmning cabin. We really appreciated the note regarding the history of the land and cabin left on the wall. The cabine had a great amount of amenities, includes a towel warmer, robes, French press and a filtered picture of water. The fireplace was easy to use and worked very well. The shared outside space was serene, with a working water feature and plenty of seating.
