There is only one spot available at our property to reserve as we leave our trailer up there for most of the summer. The good news is you will have the place all to yourselves unless we happen to be there which is not very often and we will let you know if we overlap. This spot has a 30 amp RV plug and a sewer connection. There is no water or trash service so please bring your own water and practice pack in/pack out practices. This spot is for RV's only with a full restroom as we don't have restroom facilities onsite. This is a very quiet spot but does have a few neighbors within earshot so if you are planning on a party spot or having loud music this is not the spot for you. There is a large smoker/BBQ that is not maintained but is available for your use if you want, we have used it several times and it works great. There is also a firepit to use when fire season permits. We are only 4 miles from Graeagle, which is a great little town to explore and eat some ice cream in the park. There are many great lakes to explore in the immediate area including Lake Davis, Gold Lake, Upper Salmon Lake, and of course upper and lower sardine which are my favorites.

It is on this property that I saw my first grouse. Also look for warblers-notably Audubon's and the Hermit Warblers- along with the White-headed Woodpecker. You will likely hear a Pileated Woodpecker and if you are lucky you will see one Learn more about this land: Welcome to Sugarpine Slopes. The Sugarpine has the longest cones in the world and many birds and mammals like the pine nuts and use the tree for habitat. This is a spring through fall place only. There is no winter access. The property is at 5800 feet.  Depending on the weather the road may close from Nov 15th to May 15th.  The road on the property is a dirt road.  All wheel drive or 4WD vehicles recommended although the lower section could be accessed by most vehicles. Shorter trailers allowed at Site A. Site 3 can also accommodate a small teardrop-style trailer The property is totally undeveloped at this time. It is a wildlife corridor for deer and bear (keep all food contained), the mountain quail and the blue grouse. Keep your eyes open for the Hermit Warbler, Audubon's Warbler, and our gorgeous visitor from the tropics the Western Tanager. You are likely to hear the Pileated Woodpecker and if you are lucky you will see it and its red crest in an undulating flight through the trees. The property has a lovely west facing slope which climbs gradually at first then more steeply to the top of the property. We have drive-in camping on the lower section.  There is one walk-in site at the top of the property. There is wonderful hiking nearby with several trailheads in the area within approximately 4 miles.  More information can be provided upon request.

Tiny home nestled in Tahoe National forest . This little gem is on an acre of land surrounded by national forest land. Close enough to Lake Tahoe but away from the chaos. Host lives on property with 4 year old German shepherd. I typically leave for the weekend, however i will probably be there if booking during the week (Ill be gone most of the day though) . There are 4 neighbors but their properties are not visible, feels very private. Please be respectful of the neighbors property, they all have cameras :) The front of the property where the cabin is located there will be some highway noise being close to highway 20 , especially during a busy weekend. Tiny house: •Full sized futon downstairs, no bedding provided please bring your own if planning on using the futon. • King sized mattress in loft. Bedding provided but please try to bring your own!! • board games , cards, chess, fire pit, projector for movies if requested!!! • Hot plate, toaster oven, mini fridge, kitchen appliances, coffee . If you like a long walk it is 2.5 miles down the dirt road to Oregon Creek and the middle fork of the Yuba. Driving takes 5 to 10 mins. The other direction is the largest lake in our county Bullards Bar Reservoir and Emerald Cove Marina. We are 1 mile down Marysville Rd. from a launch called dark day. There is a trailhead at the top of overflow boat parking for a public swimming hole on the lake. On our property, we have a main house with its own private facilities such as a kitchen, shower, and bath. On the land, we have 9 total unique cabin and canvas tent structures converted into boutique-like campsites. We have an epic outdoor entertaining kitchen and patio with an outdoor pizza oven and a little dog rinse behind the outdoor shower. The bathhouse is right across the way and provides a private but shared guest shower house, tub and sink. Like anywhere in the woods there is an hour at sunset when you may have mosquitoes down near the sites in the spring and some of the summers depending on the year. We have a natural spray for that or fans in the kitchen. Off the path, you may find poison oak in the thick of the woods. So please stay on the marked trails.

Large pine, cedars and oaks surround the living areas and we have done clearing for fire safety without compromising the environment. There is an airconditioned bedroom inside, a sleeping loft with queen bed, a bath house with shower, connected by a deck in back and a small front covered patio. Access to the vegetable garden is included. We are happy to share summer vegetables. There are great night time sky views and sunsets as well. A new addition is a swamp cooler in the main room. My wife and I visited this place to celebrate her birthday. Upon arrival Kelley received us very kindly and explained the whole place to us and we spent two nights in the pearl of the best. We had time to cook and visit the nearby places that Kelley recommended us to visit. We enjoyed swimming in Emerald pools and hiking on Spaulding Lake and Sierra Discovery Trail. I would definitely recommend this place to visit

Serenity Cabin was exactly the reset we needed. The cabin is roomy and comfortable, and having no cell reception made it easy to unplug and recharge away from the city. The road in is a little overgrown, though we made it fine in our minivan. If you have a high-clearance vehicle, bring it. It'll make the drive easier and is handy for exploring the surrounding area, since most of the roads out there are unpaved. We stayed during mid-September and the weather was perfect. Would happily stay again!

Sierra Sol Camp is such a special spot! A group of us rented a handful of the sleep spaces, including the main house, which was a nice home base/extension from the beautiful common area. We had everything we needed to make food together after sunny days at the river. We loved the fire pit, thoughtful touches to encourage community, while also providing privacy/space. Everyone (dogs included!) agreed that the property felt magical and we were so happy to have had the opportunity to enjoy it for a weekend. Thank you, Deja and crew!

Doug was a fantastic host. The accommodations were better than expected! What a nice tranquil spot with all the amenities you can think of for a camping spot. The bathrooms and showers were really nice. We stayed in site 3 and it was very cozy. Especially loved the grill/bar area it made cooking and cleaning a breeze. I would definitely recommend this spot!

Absolutely lovely people, lovely land, really nice experience. You might want to bring an flair mattress to enhance the existing setup. The toilet is very "rustic" so if you are somewhat squeemish (like my kids), might be something to consider, but for most hipcampers its very normal. Overall awesome vibes and setting. Close to great fishing spots.

3 nights at Wisdom eco-preserve

I only have good things to say about Radiance Cabin and the land! The cabin is spacious, lots of light and beautifully built. Nice bedrooms, outdoor shower, large kitchen. We sat around the fire every night and watched stars on the deck. Hiked around the property multiple times and especially loved the lookout at Dragon's Nest. Adam was so kind to give us tips of where to hike and swim close by that were fantastic. We're already talking about staying here again. Highly recommend staying here. Thanks Adam!

My friends and I tent camped at the Aspen site, it was so beautiful and very peaceful! You are not completely isolated as there are sites next to the aspen site but, the atmosphere was super inviting! The barn is an amazing addition we spent the late evening in there as it was warm inside, and felt nice to have an area to hangout in! Kari is an excellent host!
