Ellicottville New York offers an array of outdoor activities, a ropes course, mountain coaster, biking and hiking trails, creeks and lakes to paddle! We are in the heart of National Forest Lands, giving you many nearby parks to enjoy as well as our private property. We offer guided foraging, edible flower abd medicinal hikes! Find us on Facebook & Instagram and message for a unique experience. Pitch your tent in the rolling hills of Ashford NY, where the evening stars are simply breathtaking! Or... pull in your camper to set up near the nature trails. Toast your marshmallows and enjoy an unforgettable experience on our lush countryside estate. Farmhouse and barns over 100 years old are renovated into a self sustaining homestead. Enjoy the nearby farms and roadside stands, Amish Country Crafts and Produce and a simple Farm to Table Cafe/Bakery on premise for your morning delights! The abandoned Rail Road Tracks along the estate are also great walking trails during all seasons! Nearly 30 acres to explore with a trail to the back of the property.

The homestead garden is a beautiful spot nestled between a row of pines and the gardens.. A perfect spot to pull a camper a set up in the field for a few days! Lots of wildlife and a night sky you will never forget! Be sure to pop into our homestead bakery when you visit.

Set back from the main property, this quiet site has a mobile fire pit and area to collect wood to start your fire. Please bring in extra if you wish to burn into the night. This site has shade and sun area, a soft dry area to tent camp as well as a beautiful view of the valley.

This site is at the heart of the estate, near the barn and bakery yet far enough away to have private conversations. The barn is an area for guests to relax out if the weather, as well as a general bathroom location. Guests may use the farm house shower at anytime to wash up... we just ask that our guest respect eachother and clean up after themselves. Fire wood can be purchased at a nominal price and the bakery is open daily with fresh baked breads, eggs and so much more!

Host Emily was helpful and kind. She set us up a fire when we let her know we were arriving later than expected. The site is peaceful and well maintained. The farm fresh eggs were delicious and the on site bakery was a pleasant added bonus!

The land we stayed on was beautiful and had a ton of amazing wildlife! We saw the elusive fisher cat up close, something we hadn't even heard of before!! And every night we were surrounded by great views of the stars. Emily was incredibly kind and so accommodating! Anything we needed she was quick to help us out. Her bakery was also open whenever we wanted a DELICIOUS snack, and with the tons of baked goods, farm fresh foods, and local handmade products, we were never left wanting! Emily's two dogs, Feliz and Elm, were one of the best parts of the trip. They were so friendly and loved spending time with other campers!

Had a great time at Lucky Day! Emily was a great host and we enjoyed camping in the field, hanging out in the barn and buying some of her delicious baked goods at her self-serve farm store.

You know you love a place when you are soldiers it and engulfed in it completely the first five minutes you arrive! That was the case with Emily’s incredible and green, open farm camping area. I can’t say enough great things about her hospitality and openness and the solitude that my wife Joyce and I found while camping there. Highly recommended!

We had a great time in this location. Train track trail and the sculpture park nearby were great. Emily was a wonderful host and Loki was very cute. We would totally set camp here again if we’re in the area.

We loved camping near the vegetables garden in comfy green grass. Emily was friendly and helpful and made us feel like guests at her lovely home. Remote enough to enjoy quiet and starry nights and close enough to Ellicottville, NY to enjoy Summer fun !
