Weekend Trip to White Oak Pastures
Loved the very private campsite and the farm is amazing. Can explore anywhere on the property and don’t have to leave for anything if you just want to explore and hike. Will definitely be back when I want to just unplug and relax. All amenities provided. And while it’s a bit expensive for camping it’s more like having your own private cabin. Highly recommend!

What stood out most about Tiffany’s land was the peaceful seclusion—it’s the perfect place to truly disconnect and recharge. The property offers a great mix of on-grid and off-grid experiences, giving you the freedom to enjoy nature without sacrificing comfort if you don’t want to. The land feels expansive and private, with plenty of space to explore, relax, or just breathe in the stillness.
One tip—be sure to plan your trip during good weather. Since it’s a more natural and remote setting, the experience is best enjoyed when the conditions are clear and comfortable.
Tiffany is a gracious host, and you can tell the land is cared for with intention. Highly recommend for campers, creatives, or anyone needing a reset.

The buildings were closed due to the shutdown, but we were able to walk the grounds at the Farm. We also visited their gravesites and took a stroll thru the butterfly trail. Easily can understand we they chose to come back home and spend the rest of their lives in Plains. And what an absolutely beautiful resting place.
