It is 20.54 acres peacefully located between big land owners on each side, and a creek that runs through the middle that separates north from south pieces. Our trails are groomed and some just deer worn. We have one camp site that is rural and rustic. There is a bucket for the restroom and antique, old white kitchen sink for hand washing just outside it. There is no running water yet, but working on getting a water reservoir out there asap. No electricity yet a single power cord could be run for extra $10.00 for your visit. There is a fire pit close to the tent spot on, “Skip’s Campsite”.
Another camp site” Aqua-Fine-A” that has a walk in creek access, and you have to cross the creek to get to that one. It is farther away from “Skip’s bathroom access. It has a more established flag stone fire pit. It is our original primitive sight. There is no water reservoir or possibility of electricity at “Aqua-Fine-A” campsite. Everything must be packed in and out on foot.
Both sights require a hike to campsites on foot with uneven rooted trails. {You are welcome to use our well loved red wheelbarrow to haul items in}.
There is access to a bigger fire pit “M & M fire pit”, and a propane grill option (this is first come first serve/sharing spot).
More campsites developing over time and there is a massage practitioner on site if you are looking for the whole experience (29 years experience in healing modalities and shamanic blood line).
If you are looking to experience nature cabin style then, “The Minor Escape” is for you. This has a full refrigerator, full stand up filtered water shower, kitchen sink, separate master, two bedroom lofts with ladder access, kitchen sink, ceiling fans, window a/c units for summer and space heaters for winter (Eden pure heater that shows fireplace flames).
Our family loves this land and there is always new areas being cultivated in various spots. You will see us out there either with our hobby farm of animals, gardening or building a new area. I am a teacher, guide, artist, and healer. This land is sacred and magical. It is used to heal, restore, inspire and rejuvenate many locally and internationally.

The property is 75 feet wide and stretches 210 feet back from the road. Shaded with trees, flat, plenty of room for pitching a tent. The driveway clearing large enough for a car plus camper or RV. I don't have dimensions, but use the pictures of my Jeep for reference. For now, you must decide if your rig will fit. The driveway ground is hard, but there isn't any gravel on the drive yet, so be mindful of parking during rain or soggy conditions.
There is a fire ring and a few chairs to enjoy socializing or plenty of trees to hang a hammock and relax. Basically a quiet place to relax, in an undeveloped neighborhood, and pretend you are in a backcountry tent site, 6 minutes from Dollar General :) War Eagle!

There are animals! I have a beloved Scottish Highland cow named Genia and she is joined with two mini bulls and two mini cows. Various numbers of Nigerian Dwarf goats join them in the pasture. There are also a few chickens.
Small garden beds and a fruit orchard are on the property and I usually have at least a half dozen projects of one sort or another going on.
Several acres are wooded and there is ample space for a nature trail that I try to keep maintained. Several of the usual types wildlife can be seen.

(Free Wood when available.)This sweet location is less than 5 minutes to the Serenbe Community and lots of hiking trails in Cochran Mills Park. Access to Hwy 85 is less than 8 miles and it is only 20 miles from the Atlanta Airport. No hookups or bathrooms available. No TENT camping. Feel free to take pictures of the miniature horses, but please don't feed them. Email or call the host instead of approaching the house. Security cameras and security dog on the premises.

Description:
The property is 75 feet wide and stretches 210 feet back from the road. Shaded with trees, flat, plenty of room for pitching a tent. The driveway clearing large enough for a car plus camper or RV. I don't have dimensions, but use the pictures of my Jeep for reference. For now, you must decide if your rig will fit. The driveway ground is hard, but there isn't any gravel on the drive yet, so be mindful of parking during rain or soggy conditions.
There is a fire ring and a few chairs to enjoy socializing or plenty of trees to hang a hammock and relax. Basically a quiet place to relax, in an undeveloped neighborhood, and pretend you are in a backcountry tent site, 6 minutes from Dollar General :) War Eagle!

You’ll also find dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, pots and pans, mixing bowls, toaster, cutting boards, and knives. If you prefer to skip cleanup, disposable plates, cups, and silverware are also provided.
The private bathroom includes a shower, with towels and washcloths provided. If you’ve forgotten toiletries, shampoo and conditioner, body wash, Q-tips, cotton pads, and toothpaste are available.
The cozy sitting area features a 55" TV with access to Spectrum TV and high-speed internet. Two couches are available—one reclines, and the other transforms into a queen bed or two twin beds.
Above the couch, you’ll find baskets with multiple games including Sorry, Monopoly, Yahtzee, Uno, Connect Four, and more. Additional games are stored above the TV in the cabinet and bedroom closet. Playing cards are available in the drawer below the coffee bar.
Outside, you’ll find a charcoal grill with charcoal and lighter fluid provided for easy grilling. Firewood, fire starter, and a torch are also provided so you can enjoy evenings by the fire, sipping wine or making s’mores. Four Adirondack chairs surround the fire pit, and a wooden swing offers another relaxing spot.
If you enjoy outdoor games, we have cornhole and a “soft version” of axe throwing. There is also plenty of space to play fetch with your four-legged furry best friend.
If you like to fish, bring your fishing poles and bait. We have a pond full of bream and bass.

The property features a 1 1/2 acre pond stocked with catfish and bream and has a nice little dock with a table and chairs to sit and enjoy the water.
There are animals! I have a beloved Scottish Highland cow named Genia and she is joined with two mini bulls and two mini cows. Various numbers of Nigerian Dwarf goats join them in the pasture. There are also a few chickens.
Small garden beds and a fruit orchard are on the property and I usually have at least a half dozen projects of one sort or another going on.
Several acres are wooded and there is ample space for a nature trail that I try to keep maintained. Several of the usual types wildlife can be seen.
Are you an artist or a writer? This is a great place for comtemplation and inspiration. I myself have 40 years experience as an art teacher and professor. If you would like to have a mini workshop, let me help.
Water is available not far from the campsites. There is also a portable pop up potty/shower tent (with bucket and seat) available.

20 acres, mostly wooded, for your private camping escape in a quiet, rural setting. The level site is beside a charming, old stone house on about 2 cleared acres. Full RV hookups: city water, 30 amp & 50 amp electric, and sewer are beside the vacant stone house. Trash pickup is provided.
Nice "yard" area for the RV. The RV space is very close to level. Many great spaces for tent camping and hiking. Bring your camp chairs to sit around the small firepit (just a circle of rocks, really). The property is very dark at night so if you arrive after dark, you will want to have a good flashlight.
Pets are allowed. Please pick up after your dog(s).
Near FD Roosevelt State Park (15 min drive) and Callaway Gardens (20 minute drive).
There is an additional set of full RV hookups available but it will not be occupied unless both sites are rented as a bundle. Two RVs can park and hookup, one behind the other, in the long driveway.

The host Caleb and his Dad, Eddy were exceptional. They were caring and kind, helping us setup the electric and water at our site with full hookup. The locked gated entry gave us a good sense of security, coming and going as we pleased. The tall hardwood and pine trees gave a wonderful canopy over the very organized, clean camp grounds. The pond was easily accessible, with clear water and some fish. Myself and my dog enjoyed the hiking trails. , including the tranquility of the area. The camp road and sites have gravel for easy navigation and setup. Note: right now, not all sites have full hookup.

Stayed in Tent site 2. Was right on top of the outdoor kitchen which was great. Site was nice. We brought our own firepit. Amazing star watching. Saw tons of satellites and a couple shooting stars. Only complaint is that my wife and daughter hated the restroom. So if you’re not feeling adventurous you may want to bring a camp toilet. For the price I didn’t care. I will definitely go back. Great communication from the host. Beautiful area.

We loved the area and the vision being developed. The tent was very comfortable and it weathered the severe thounderstorm that passed through over night. Lots of land to roam and explore and a pond for fishing (bass). Loved the hammocks and hiking trails.
This would be a great place for a family reunion or other large gathering wanting to have space and be out in nature. Hosts were great! We had a lovely chat and tour to see what's ahead in their plans. Highly recommend following to see what comes next!
