Secluded private site centrally located just a mile from Interstate 5, and 6 miles from the Interstate 5 / Hwy 205 intersection so most places in Clark County are less that 20 minutes away. Located 10 minutes from ilani Casino, 5 minutes from the Clark County Fairgrounds and amphitheater, and less than 30 minutes from some of the nicest freshwater lakes around. Hosts are avid Flyboarders, Jetskiers, and Paraglider Pilots. There is an active sawmill onsite IES-Sawmill.com. There are hiking trails that go around the property and past the sawmill and log deck. Walking access is permitted, but you must keep pets on leash and keep an eye on your kids. Some of the equipment is big, heavy, and doesn't have the greatest visibility if people walk up un-noticed. Always ensure that the operator sees you, and don't place yourself anywhere where a log that comes loose could run you down. Operating Equipment alwasy has the right of way.

This campsite fit the bill for what we were looking for: just off I5 in Ridgefield, came in late and left very early. There was road noise from the freeway which would have bothered us but we parked alongside a building that blocked most of it. Our pop up camper has fans so we used our own white noise, too. Bathroom was exceptionally nice.

This place is basically a back yard of a warehouse. The host was nice and there is electricity. About 3 spots for RVs. It was also quiet. However, the price is a bit steep for such a place.

Under the pines in serenity!
Upon arrival we met Anita who was so nice and welcoming! Our stay here was beyond our expectations and it was such a peaceful stay. We definitely recommend 10/10

Great place!
Great hosts. They were very accommodating! The cabin was perfect for what I needed and the property is beautiful. The cabin is very cute and comfortable. The ceiling height in the loft is on the shorter side, but if all you plan to do is sleep then it won’t be an issue. We will definitely be staying again!

Great Spot!
The most amazing thing here are the owners, Stuart and Anita! They made us feel at home and were happy to show us around the beautiful and interesting grounds. The site was perfect for what we needed! Would stay here again for sure! Can’t wait to see what’s next here.

Super cool property & great hosts!
Super cool property & great hosts! Tons of nature, cool metal sculptures, frisbee golf, even an old airplane. Gravel RV pad has power and a wooded view. Anita and Stuart are amazingly creative and adventurous (paragliding, former pilot). This site is truly a gem!
