It gives me much satisfaction in working to clean up this land. I appreciate your support by staying here, and I look forward to the opportunity to offer memories that can be remembered with fondness. While staying here, you may use my bathroom in my house if you need. I recommend bringing all the things you would bring if you were camping in the woods far from society. However, I do have a tent for two, including mattress pads and sleeping bags you may use. Otherwise, this is a relatively primative site (for now 😉).Flat woodland with premative camping for a slow and restorative retreat in local Richmond nature. Very peaceful spot, the a tent is super cool and comfy mattress. Host is very kind and accomadating! Overall amazing and comfy vibe .

It was okay
I know that some people might enjoy a camp ground like this, so I would recommend it, but only if they feel up to the challenge. There is actually a bed in the A-frame, which was a surprise. One or two of the pictures show NO mattress in the A-frame, but there was one when I got there. I didn’t use it. I was hoping there wouldn’t be a mattress as suggested by some of the photos. I was expecting to be able to pull up to the camp spot with my vehicle, that wasn’t an option. Not a bad one, this is your heads up tho. After all that, the rest of the property and campsite is great! Tons of space and open area. There is a grill, table and of course the A-Frame and if that’s what you want, it’s great! I didn’t mind it after getting my bearings.

The baby A-frame was super cool. We enjoyed a relaxing evening of soft rain, crickets, and owl calls. The shelter felt private, with woodland views on either side. Thank you, Cody, for sharing such a beautiful place with us!
