Plus, we're just 45 minutes from SPI and 15 minutes from the Border crossing at Progress/Las Flores. Our central location places us 30 minutes from McAllen and 30 minutes from Brownsville, making us an ideal base for exploring the area. Long-term visitors also have access to our clubhouse, adding an extra level of convenience and comfort to your stay.Single Rv with plenty of space to park enjoy the shade under the mesquite tree and the southeast coast breeze close the club house and or joy a game of horseshoes by the club house

Delightful spot!
