Stay in one of our private cabins (master suite + loft), fish the stocked ponds for bass and catfish, shoot hoops on the full-size basketball court, test your aim at the BB gun range, or just find a spot by the fire and stay there all night. Over a mile of Duck River frontage means there's always somewhere to wander. Got a big crew? We sleep up to 60 across multiple cabins and four-bedroom houses — everyone together, nobody crammed. Large groups can add the Dining Hall for a proper indoor hangout space. Oh, and if you really want to send the weekend off right, we have professional pyrotechnicians on staff. Yes, real fireworks. Over 180 acres of ranch. You're welcome. Two cabins are available now, and three more are coming by the end of 2026. Full cell service and WiFi throughout (for when you absolutely have to check in with the real world). Nearby: Tims Ford Lake (20 min), Jack Daniel's Distillery (25 min), Bell Buckle (15 min), Franklin (45 min), Nashville (45 min). On-site catering available for groups. Tullahoma for groceries — 12 minutes away.

Our cabins sit on 180 acres of Tennessee countryside in Normandy, about 45 minutes from Nashville—close enough to reach, far enough to feel like you've actually gone somewhere. Each cabin is 750 square feet with a master bedroom, a full bathroom, and a loft bedroom above. There's a full kitchen, so you can cook if you want to. Or you can just make coffee and sit on the porch. The choice is yours. The Setup: Master bedroom with attached bathroom (shared with loft guests) Loft bedroom with its own sink and toilet (privacy without the full bath) Full kitchen, fully stocked Living space with that particular quiet you can't find in a hotel What You Get Access To: 180 acres of open grassland, ponds stocked with bass and catfish, a lake, and over a mile of Duck River frontage. Fishing, walking, exploring—the whole property is yours to roam. A shared fire pit right outside your cabin is perfect for evenings with family or friends. Who This Is For: Bring your family for a weekend away from screens. Bring your spouse and remember what quiet feels like together. Bring your close friends and sit around the fire until late. Fish the ponds. Walk the property at sunrise. Just be. We currently have 2 cabins open. Three more are coming by the end of 2026.
