Haunted Tree Farm is offering our multi- generational cabin for recreational lease . All are welcome to enjoy the cabin and the surrounding area known as The Endless Mountain Region of Pennsylvania . Bedroom 1 has two full size beds . Bedroom loft 2 has one full bed and one single bed. the cabin has full indoor plumbing with a full bathroom with a clawfoot tub and washer and dryer . Kitchen has full fridge , hot plate , microwave , toaster , toaster oven. Barbeque grill located outside . Our cabin is in close proximity to State Parks . Several State Gamelands for hunting. Hiking trails . Endless Mountain Wine trail & Wineries. Breweries and local bars . To name a few of the parks . Mount Pisgah State Park. with a free pool and nature center along with hiking trails. Ricketts Glenn State Park . With its 24 waterfall hiking trail and free swimming lake . Hunters are only a 3 minute drive to state gameland 239 with close to 1000 acres of forest . 17 minute drive to state gameland 123 with 1.615 acres of forest . 28 minute drive to state gameland 219 with 5,619 acres of forest . 43 minute Drive to state gameland 13 with 50.000 acres of state forest .... Rustic Log Cabin

We had a nice and relaxing stay at the Haunted Tree cabin. The listing was accurate and the property was very peaceful. Our hosts were very responsive and helpful when we had some wildlife visit at night and steal a Firestarter log! They even provided doggie bowls and some treats for our Lab, Charlie. We enjoyed a campfire at the fire pit every evening and had multiple outings for hiking/trail exploring including up to Waverly, NY and to Mt. Pisgah State Park. We thought of exploring up closer to Watkins Glen or Finger Lakes area but decided not to be as adventurous as our hiking companion pup may not have been allowed on certain trails up there. Only things to keep in mind maybe are that this is a rustic cabin— the kitchen is tiny and you’ll have to bring all your food and drink essentials (which isn’t that abnormal). There is not a ton of room in the kitchen space, but you can easily make use of the other areas for food prep. You also should make sure to bring extra blankets as the bedding is somewhat minimal. We would come back, even possibly in warmer months to use the pond and let our kids explore the trails (they were absent for this trip!)

Great cabin by a lake!

Rustic Log Cabin

We loved staying at Ed’s cabin! Ed and his family are extremely kind hosts. The cabin is peaceful, private, and clean. The lake is a perfect place to swim and relax, the trails on the property are fun to explore, and the land around the cabin is beautiful, we especially loved bbqing and having a bonfire every night. Ed was very easy to communicate with and super helpful when it came to planning our trip. We knew exactly what we needed to bring and what would be supplied. There’s a lot to do in the surrounding area and there’s a ton of info on trails and things to do for your group provided at the cabin as well. We really enjoyed our stay and will be returning!

Rustic Log Cabin

The cabin was awesome and Ed is a great host. If you're tired of cramped and overcrowded campgrounds then this is the kind of place you want to stay. While the hosts house is a stones throw away, you have absolute privacy, peace, and quiet here; and the cabin itself is the perfect size for a family of 4 with 2 teens.

Rustic Log Cabin

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at haunted tree farm. Quiet, open skies, private. The cabin is thoughtfully appointed to accommodate a number of needs, down to a coffee station for K cups, or drip coffee. Bring your favorite DvDs for fun movie nights, or pick from the stack inside the cabin! The fire pit was large and comfortable, the grill outdoors covered most of our cooking needs, and we found that there was plenty of seating, indoor or outdoor, to accommodate small to large groups. Encounters with wildlife or priceless, we definitely had a fantastic trip!
