Our Campground Camp-A-While is your family’s retreat into East-Central Pennsylvania that you’ll want to come back to over and over again. The peaceful camping atmosphere and the wealth of family fun and memory-making waiting in the surrounding area means that every member of your camping party will be able to enjoy their getaway exactly the way they want. We’re Rob & Michelle, a camping family who have been hooked on camping ourselves for over 20 years. We started by tenting, moved into a 5th wheel for several years, and then finally found our second home and became seasonals. There’s nothing better for us than to be outdoors and enjoying the camping community. Following Our Dreams A love for this and the campers we have met over the years have brought us to the place in our life where we are ready to make a change from the everyday routine of our current situation. We were given an amazing opportunity to follow our dreams and here we are! We are happy “parents” to our wonderful rescue dogs, Franklin and Lacey. We look forward to introducing ourselves as well as our family and personally getting to know you and yours! Creekside Primitive Tent Site

All tent sites have a fire ring, picnic table and a charcoal grill for your use. On most sites you are permitted 2 tents, with a max of 4 adults, or 2 adults 4 children, and 1 vehicle on each site. Additional vehicles can be parked at the lodge once registered in the office. If you are unsure if your tent will fit the site you choose, please call the office first Don't worry about forgetting something at home, we have a fully stocked camp store that has everything from Fresh (frozen) meats from our local butcher, dairy products, toys for the kids, fishing equipment, camping décor and a large variety of RV parts. If you need it, we aim to have it! There is a $10 minimum charge for the use of a credit card in the store, no personal checks accepted. Campfires are permitted within the fire rings only and must be kept under control at all times, and not left unattended. Bringing out of state firewood into PA is prohibited by law, as it also has the potential to carry invasive bugs, such as the Ash Borer and Spotted Lanternfly. We always have wrapped wood available to purchase at our store and would be happy to deliver to your site. We do recycle our bags so feel free to return them to the office or leave at your site. For everyone’s convenience and enjoyment, please do not move our fire rings, and please make sure all fires are completely extinguished before checking out.

Our water and electric sites are a little larger than our primitive sites, and still are very wooded. You will have access to a water spicket and a 20-amp service directly at your site. A fire ring, picnic table and a charcoal grill are at the site for your use. Site Rate includes 2 adults and 2 children. These Creekside sites have a beautiful view of the creek, but due to the terrain, you will not be able to access this from your site. All sites are wooded, and have a stone base for your comfort. Just a short distance away you will find hot/cold water and a sink at our pavilion for your use. A quick walk will bring you to the restrooms and showers which are located adjacent to the lodge. Take a minute to peak into our camp store, where you will find a little of everything, or stop for a game or two in the game room. Don’t worry about forgetting something at home, we have a fully stocked camp store that has everything from wrapped seasoned wood, Fresh (frozen) meats from our local butcher, dairy products, toys for the kids, fishing equipment, camping décor and a large variety of RV parts. If you need it, we aim to have it!

Back yourself into one of our spacious Creekside FHU RV sites, where you will find a picnic table and a fire pit for your use. Due to the terrain, you can sit and enjoy the sounds of the creek, but will not be able to enter it from your site. Everything In the campground is just a short walk away, including the lodge, camp store and game room. Don’t worry about forgetting something at home, we have a fully stocked camp store that has everything from wrapped-seasoned firewood, Fresh (frozen) meats from our local butcher, dairy products, toys for the kids, fishing equipment, camping décor and a large variety of RV parts. If you need it, we aim to have it!

Back yourself into one of our spacious Creekside FHU RV sites, where you will find a picnic table and a fire pit for your use. Due to the terrain, you can sit and enjoy the sounds of the creek, but will not be able to enter it from your site. All RV sites are allowed 1 camping unit only; tents cannot be set up in addition to an RV. Additional vehicles (if needed) can be parked at the lodge once registered in the office. Everything In the campground is just a short walk away, including the lodge, camp store and game room. Don’t worry about forgetting something at home, we have a fully stocked camp store that has everything from wrapped-seasoned firewood, Fresh (frozen) meats from our local butcher, dairy products, toys for the kids, fishing equipment, camping décor and a large variety of RV parts. Back yourself into one of our spacious mountainside FHU RV sites. The site rate includes 2 adults and 2 children. Each site will include a picnic table and a fire pit for you to enjoy. Sit and enjoy the sounds of nature in your home away from home during your stay. Each site feels carved out of nature and you’re a comfortable distance from your neighbors. Everything is a short walk away, including the lodge, camp store and game room. Don't worry about forgetting something at home, we have a fully stocked camp store that has everything from wrapped seasonal wood, fresh (frozen) meats from our local butcher, dairy products, toys for the kids, fishing equipment, camping décor and a large variety of RV parts. If you need it, we aim to have it!
