Mike and Stephany were fantastic hosts! A great property and even greater service. They were very prompt in responding to our needs, and exceeded our expectations. We are very grateful for their hospitality, and highly recommend them. Should we get back that way, we'll be sure to look them up!

This place is amazing. Check-in was easy, Mike helped us hook up electrical. You can walk the entire property, it’s all fenced in. The lower barn is open during day for all visitors. Coffee maker ( and coffee), hot plate, large toaster oven. A refrigerator. They have archery, basketball, etc available. Also flushing toilet and hot shower, dish sink, washer/dryer.
Campfire was waiting for us when we got up in the morning. Also, a visit from the dogs! They have chickens! Plenty of wildlife, and very peaceful.

The Bunkhouse Cabin at CTF
The cabin was warm and comfortable but I didn’t enjoy using the outside toilet in the night . There was access to the barn which had cooking facilities and a toilet and shower . But they were really dog friendly and my dog had the great is time being able to roam free. The hosts were lovely and nothing was too much trouble. There was internet and a tv in the cabin

Cool spot. Like the layout and options of staying. Kiki the farm cat is very friendly Would gladly go back if passing through the area. Seems like a great spot to have a mini gathering with friends and family, the communal set up and amenities is very well thought out and planned.

I don’t typically write reviews, but Mike went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, including putting a canopy over our tent when we were away and it started raining. The campsites were nice and clean, and the barn has so many wonderful amenities, such as a hot shower. Thanks for making it a wonderful stay!

My stay with my dog Jojo was perfect.
Mike and Stephanie made a nice campfire and a mom and her daughter joined all of us. It was really special.
I loved staying in the cabin, which was comfy and very nice. Took walks on the property, and had a FRESH egg right from the chicken into the frying pan. So yummy! My dog loved it there just as much as me. Yes, I will return.

This was an incredible place to stay!! So many amenities, Mike and Stephany were so kind, and all the dogs were so fun! There’s so much to do and see. You still be very secluded in the camping spots which was so nice. I HIGHLY recommend to everyone!

This is a lovely, well maintained and convenient spot to camp if you have business (or fun) planned in the valley. It's also well within reach of some fabulous places to explore in the Cascade Range. The hosts were welcoming and kind and responsive to my last minute reservation. Definitely a good choice for a Willamette Valley stopover.

This place is beautiful! The hosts have put so much work into making this place feel like home for all who visit. All the amenities were nice to have. We also loved the farm fresh eggs and delicious honey. Looking forward to our next visit!

The loft was very comfortable and we were happy with our choice to stay at this Christmas Tree Farm! The hosts were kind and helpful, and accommodating to our arrival time. We were unfortunately unprepared for how cold the area was in mid-winter and spent more time indoors than originally anticipated, but the barn and loft were very comfortable and we did not mind. There was a nice variety of books in the barn and our daughter really enjoyed a big book of first words. Laundry facility in the barn was very good and easy to use. Their cat and dogs were friendly and happy to meet us. Overall it was a great experience, and we would love to come back in the summer!

I had the pleasure of visiting this incredible 8-acre tree farm near Lebanon, Oregon, and it was nothing short of magical! The owners have poured so much heart and soul into creating a space that feels like a retreat from the world.
My original stay was supposed to be shorter, but as a journalist and photographer who writes about adventures, I often come across extraordinary places. Every once in a while, I find something that truly stands out—accommodations and experiences that exceed all expectations. This tree farm is one of those rare gems. But I digress…
The property is beautifully maintained, with over 800 thriving Christmas trees, campsites, a cozy cabin, a charming barn loft, and a welcoming fire pit that invites stories under the stars. Whether you're looking for adventure or relaxation, this place has it all.
The wildlife is abundant—deer, turkeys, and quail make frequent appearances, adding to the peaceful, natural charm. The active beehives were fascinating, and fresh eggs from the chicken coop were such a special treat! Knowing the property is fully fenced and gated added a sense of security and peace of mind, especially for our furry family members.
For outdoor enthusiasts, the proximity to the South Santiam River, Foster Reservoir, and Green Peter Reservoir makes this location perfect for fishing, kayaking, rafting, and boating.

Had a great overnight stay. The area is really peaceful and has a great view of Golden Valley. The hosts had a campfire already roaring for us when we arrived, and were incredibly accommodating. We were able to pitch our tents under nice tree coverage, and had access to a hot shower (very welcome on our bike tour), laundry machines, breakfast ingredients, and a place to recharge devices. 10/10 would recommend if you ever need a place to stay or camp out in the area!

My cousin is a single mom traveling out of state, so I booked her this spot based upon their reviews and insight. She called me after arrival and has told how much of a blessing Mike & Stephany have been for her. It is a very safe spot, if you're traveling alone and also perfect for a family. I highly recommend!

I had an incredible experience staying at Mike and Steohanys property! They were extremely helpful and communicative throughout our stay. The property itself is stunning, with a beautiful fire pit and a common area that felt truly luxurious. Unfortunately, our car died during the trip, but the hosts went above and beyond, doing everything they could to help us—even while managing their work responsibilities. Their kindness made a tough situation much easier. I’m absolutely planning to stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fantastic getaway!

Carsners Tree Farm is magical and Mike and Stephany are absolutely amazing! They couldn't have been more kind and welcoming! Our visit felt like going to your favorite aunt and uncles house for a visit, you just feel like family! The cabin was tucked away surrounded by trees and fit our family (5 people and 2 dogs) nicely :) The wifi at the cabin worked great! We were able to watch The Ducks beat Boise at the picnic table, walk down for smores at the fire pit at halftime and back for the 2nd half all while feeling like you're out in the woods with all of the comforts of home! We also went to Waterloo which was absolutely stunning and maybe 10 minutes away. Carsners is a true gem and if the Blackberry Honey is in stock when you go buy it! It's Delicious!

Such a beautiful and convenient campsite! We were traveling in a camper van for the first time and the electricity hookup worked great, owners were even kind enough to help us with setting it up! We felt very safe since there’s an access gate at the entrance. Everything you could possibly need was in the barn common area and it was clean. Owner also provides wifi access which was a plus! The place is beautiful and we loved all of the pets greeting us :) We’ll definitely come back if we visit Oregon again!!

Recommend 5/5! Group of 5 enjoyed our cabin stay and loved the amenities. Cabin has a queen size bed and bunk bed and they have blankets and pillow for you to use and was surprised that they have a small TV with Roku and Netflix logged in! Loved the cabin but door was noisy when opening and closing.
The community barn was a bit of a walk from our cabin but has everything you need: kitchen with pots, pans, utensils, electric stove, seasonings, crockpot etc are all free to use as Long as you clean up after yourselves and they offer farm fresh eggs! Their dining table can comfortably fit 6 people and they also have a sink next to the washing machine and dryer. Best of all , a clean bathroom with shower (they also provide shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, towels but no body wash) The only downside is that the barn is only open from 8am-9pm but there’s an outhouse near the cabin. We all loved the hosts, even our neighboring campers. Everyone was so welcoming and helpful and host even started a fire for us in the community firepit which was a great way to end our mini vacay. We loved the barn the most it’s where we spent most of our time especially when there was a thunderstorm. First time using Hipcamp and I have nothing negative to say

Mike & Steph welcomed us onto their property after a long roadtrip by starting a fire for us in their firepit. We loved stargazing and enjoying the peace of being outdoors as we basked in the fire’s warmth. The queen beds in the cabin were incredibly comfortable. The hot showers and amenities in the communal area (“the barn”) were excellent. Everything was set up seamlessly. Communication throughout was clear.

This is a wonderful place to stay. The hosts, Stephany and Mike, are wonderful - so pleasant, accommodating and really want the guests to be comfortable.
Our campsite was just perfect.
The common/shared areas have everything you’d need - games, kitchen area, fire pit (weather permitting)
Oh and bring a large ziploc bag to pick the wild blackberries!
We highly recommend this site and definitely plan on returning!

This is our first hip camp and it was amazing. Stephany and Mike were so very hospitable. I don’t want to list all that they did for us in case people begin to expect even more from them. But I will say, their hospitality included a very lovely equipped barn with a kitchen, seating area, bathroom and laundry. They allowed us to gather fresh eggs, and even more. The place is beautiful, it feels like you are in the middle of nowhere. Highly highly recommended.
