Located on a private 11.7-acre wooded property in the hamlet of Mountain View, New York, this peaceful retreat features just one campsite, so you won't be sharing your stay with other campers. This is the perfect basecamp for outdoor enthusiasts. Within minutes, you'll find: • Owl's Head Mountain Trail • High Falls of the Big Salmon River, a short hike leading to a beautiful waterfall • Numerous lakes, including Mountain View Lake, Indian Lake, and Lake Titus, offering opportunities for kayaking, canoeing, fishing, boating, and swimming • Miles of nearby ATV and hiking trails, as well as excellent fishing spots Free firewood is available on-site. Please Note This is a rural property with neighboring homes nearby. While the campsite itself is private, you may occasionally hear music from a neighboring property. This is outside of our control and may occur during your stay. We mention it in advance so guests know exactly what to expect. The price includes use of the tiny house. The tiny house has one bed that sleeps two, with enough floor space for an additional queen-size mattress, allowing the space to accommodate up to four guests. There is also plenty of room to pitch tents around the property. Clean sheets, pillows, and blankets are provided for the bed in the tiny house. No other amenities are provided.Guests have access to the tiny house that sleeps up to 4 guests. The tiny house includes one full/queen-size bed and has floor space to accommodate an additional queen-size air mattress (not provided). If you prefer traditional camping, there are numerous tent sites around the property to choose from. Clean bedding and pillows are provided for the one full/queen in the tiny house. No other bedding or amenities provided. This is still very much a primitive camping experience. There is no electricity, or running water available onsite.
