Eriegrove is a mixed northern woodlands located in Forestville, New York. There is only one campsite on the entire property.A large, private campsite and discover a unique piece of history. The campsite is about two acres, while the entire property is about 200 acres. It sits next to an original stonework trestle built in the 1850s for the Erie Railroad. The stream is mostly shallow but deepens in places, and has plenty of perfect skipping rocks. This site is very dog-friendly. Campsite features Flat space for several tents Two marked hiking trails — one about 2 miles and one about ¼ mile A 160**-square-foot** bunker for gear storage and shelter from rain A restroom (sink and flush toilet) with running non-potable water An established fire pit and plenty of supplied firewood Wi‑Fi when you need to stay connected A solar-powered charging point for electronic devices, inside the bunker A perfect spot for a boisterous family gathering or a couple looking for a quiet getaway. Dogs welcome. 10 minutes from Thruway Exit 58, Silver Creek. The walk from the parking area to the campsite is about 250 yards down an established trail. Children ages 6 and under stay free; do not include them in the total guest count. There are bears in the area so please put away all food at night.
