Sweetwater is a Historical site located on 40 acres with multiple lodging options. Enjoy the serenity of our exclusive camp sites sitting on the Contookook River. Each site is different, all are on the river at the Camp area. Each site is fully off grid with solar power and are equipped with Bluetooth sound system, fridge, griddle, and heat . You can swim, fish and kayak on the " Tooky" (local name for river). We are a small farm and raise our own beef cattle. Our cows are feed all natural feed and grass. If camping isn't for you, our historical fully renovated farm house circa 1750 is a great option. Available year round , less than 1 minute drive to Pats Peak ski area.

Cozy off grid cabin on the Tooky River at Sweetwater Farm. A uniquely constructed cabin with all kinds of amenities to make your stay comfortabke. The cabin is solar powered and fully equipped with lights, Bluetooth sound system, mini fridge, keuriq indoor griddle and outdoor grill. At night you can enjoy a fire in the fire pit, during the day, take a swim in the river or possibly do some kayaking. The fishing is phenomenal! All in all a great place to chill out and enjoy nature.

Welcome to our off-the-grid "Glamp Camp" at Sweetwater Farm! Tucked away on the back of our 40 acre farm, this one-room cabin sleeps 2 people comfortably. Outside you'll find a private fire pit & charcoal grill, a shared outdoor kitchen pavilion w/ gas grill (stocked with cooking supplies) & an outdoor bathroom w/ a real flushing toilet, sink and outdoor shower. Access the Tooky River (great for swimming, kayaking and fishing) just steps away & enjoy plenty of space, privacy & beautiful scenery!

The Cuckoos Nest is a treehouse sitting above the Tooky River. The nest offers a unique open end wall conceptwith direct view of the trees and river. Solar powered with Bluetooth sound system, led lights, ceiling fan, a Blackstone griddle on the deck, a fire table for cooking marshmellows and samosas, along with a mini fridge.

Awesome spot stocked with everything you need. On a river with great fishing. Buy and eat some local beef from Sweetwater. Perfect getaway.

The Glamp Camp

I spent my weekend at this amazing place and loved every part of it! The lake is clean and the water is simply perfect. I especially loved the outdoor kitchen, and the cabin is absolutely beautiful and super comfortable. My boyfriend and I had such a great experience. We’re definitely coming back. Huge thanks to Michael for sharing this incredible spot with us!
