We offer a peaceful family campground located along the Saco River in a nature filled setting close to the White Mountain National Forest, shopping, and dining. Our location is a true gem, just a short stroll away from charming stores, delightful restaurants, and vibrant entertainment options, including TAX-FREE factory outlet shopping. For those looking to explore further, the Conway Scenic Railway, Story Land, and numerous hiking and biking trails are just minutes away by car. These sites include an enclosed 8x16 dog kennel with covered/shaded area, water spigot and pet cleanup station. First dog is included in site rate. Dogs may not be left unattended at any time. To help protect our grass, these sites do not allow Tents. Only small door mats allowed (must not cover grass). Maximum of 8 guests, of which no more than 4 can be adults. Our Alpine Huts are beautiful 14' x 14' huts with vaulted ceilings. They offer basic electric service, a fan, and screened openings. These unique sites offer awesome indoor space for dining, game night, or just hanging out if you are camping in tents. OR just bring your cots, sleeping bags & camping essentials and set up camp inside the hut! *For tents and pop-up trailers only. 20/30 AMPS with water Our Alpine Huts are beautiful 14' x 14' huts with vaulted ceilings. Cozy camping in our beautiful Cedar Cabins. These are our largest cabins at nearly 300 square feet. They offer a private bedroom with a queen bed and additional sleeping with twin bunks & pull out futon bed. Full bathroom with tub, and kitchenette (no stove/oven). Pet Friendly! Linens are not provided - Please be sure to bring your own sheets, pillows, comforters, towels & toiletries. *No Tents are permitted on Lodging Rental sites. These are our largest cabins at nearly 300 square feet. Private bedroom w/ queen bed, twin bunks & pull-out futon bed. Full bath w/ tub, and kitchenette. These trailers feature a sizable living area, a full kitchen, dining area. Two bathrooms, one with a shower. Our deluxe trailer also features a master bedroom which sleeps two and a separate bedroom w/ bunk beds (full on bottom, twin on top) Linens are not provided - Please be sure to bring your own sheets, pillows, comforters, towels & toiletries. *No Tents are permitted on Lodging Rental sites These cottages feature a sizable living area, full kitchen, dining area. Two bathrooms, one w/ shower. This deluxe camper also features a master bedroom which sleeps two and a separate bedroom w/ bunk beds (full on bottom, twin on top). RV awnings are intentionally disabled to reduce the risk of injury or damage from weather events. (No Tents allowed on Lodging sites) Maximum of 6 guests, of which no more than 4 can be adults. Family Cabin W/ Hobbit Home

Our Family Cabins offer a queen bed with a full bed above (bunk style), a 3/4 bath with shower, kitchenette (no stove or oven), heat and A/C, coffee maker, and more. Each Family cabin can sleep up to 4 people. These cabins were hand-built in Maine by a group of craftsmen. For even more fun, we had the same craftsmen custom-build Hobbit homes for each Family Cabin location. This way, the kids can have their own sleeping quarters, if preferred. The Hobbit homes include 2 cots for sleeping, interior and exterior lighting, power outlets and USB outlets for charging. Please note – Hobbit homes are detached from the Family Cabins and do not offer heat/ac, bathrooms or other amenities of the larger Family Cabin. Linens are not provided - Please be sure to bring your own sheets, pillows, comforters, towels & toiletries. *Tents are not permitted on Lodging Rental Sites Family Cabin w/ Hobbit Home includes a Queen bed with a Full bed above (bunk style), a 3/4 bath with shower, kitchenette (no stove or oven), heat & A/C, coffee maker, mini fridge, and more in the main cabin. The detached Hobbit Home offers 2 cots for additional sleeping. Each Family cabin can sleep up to 4 people, and 2 people in the Hobbit Home. This site is limited to one vehicle. These are cozy cabins with sleeping for 4. Our Glamping Huts were custom built by Maine craftsmen and provide great weather protection from the outdoors. Our Glamping Huts feature bunk style beds, queen on bottom/full on top, a small space for seating and onsite parking. They also offer an outdoor fire-ring and picnic table. Please be aware these cabins do not have bathrooms (although they're only about 1-minute walk to a bathhouse). Linens are not provided - Please be sure to bring your own sheets, pillows, comforters, towels & toiletries. *No Tents are permitted on Lodging Rental sites These are cozy semi-primitive cabins with sleeping for 4.
