Amazing Experience
Had an wonderful time with my family. The location was perfect and simply amazing. The host, Chris and his wife, were so hospitable and friendly. They took care of all our needs. They even invited me and my son to join them for their 4th of July celebration. What a blast. Thanks again for everything. Can't wait to come back soon.

We are unable to provide a review as our reservation had to be cancelled, but both Christopher and the on-site hostess were agreeable and helpful.

Everything was great except the property has the worst mosquitoes I've ever experienced. Despite lots of bug spray, I was swarmed by thousands of the buggers whenever I left my tent. If even a square millimeter of skin was not drenched with repellent, the blasted mosquito would find it, land, and drink their fill. The mosquito problem rendered my campfire area near useless as you cannot relax for a moment with such a swarm feasting on you. Even packing up my campsite was an excecise in excruciating self-control as billions of the pests swarm your sweaty head. I could not even open my mouth outdoors without risking an accidental mosquito snack. I appreciate the showers, the helpful hosts. It's an otherwise pleasant place. I recommend the hosts do something about the worst mosquito infestation in the western United States.

This site is very low key and relaxing. Mosquitoes were pretty bad during the day but access to the river and the grounds was amazing. Nice little spot for sure. Staff was super helpful and kind. Would definitely call this a little slice of Paradise.

A relaxing getaway
I loved tent camping on Christopher’s property, right next to the water. The first day the bugs were really out but then we had a few light rain showers. We happily stayed in the tent and listened to the raindrops hitting the top of our tent. It felt magical. Our second day the bugs were on and off but better so we were able to enjoy a campfire, paddle boarding and bird watching. The host gave us bug spray and there was a table, some furniture at different sites for that site to be able to use. There were clean, well stocked bathrooms and shower available. Great experience!
