Had a great stay in Maine, exactly what we were hoping for after a long day of travel! Enjoyed a great fire when we got in and then slept well, the parking spot was very quiet and peaceful. Would recommend.

Shawn and Leah's property is beautiful. The gravel driveway makes parking and leveling super easy. We had a 16 ft travel trailer and it fit really well in the spot. The neighborhood is really quiet & nice and dark! It was a pleasure to meet Shawn, Leah, and Myla. We definitely recommend this spot!
This family is a perfect example of what hipcamp hosts should all be like. We were on the road and booked this camp on the afternoon. We knew from the start that we would be late arriving. That was ok by them. It turned out that it was after 10pm when we arrived. We did our best to set up our roof top tent quietly. We have two beagles so quiet is relative, I suppose. Anyway, it was midnight before we got into bed. The next morning, the host came out to meet us with his little girl in tow (I think it was the other way around). Almost as soon as he introduced himself, his little girl held her hands out and said, "Can I meet them?" She was looking directly at the boys and they were looking at her with their tails wagging. It was pretty much love at first sight on all their parts. Anyway, they allowed us to charge up the Jackery and they even let us crate the boys next to their house so we could get out and do a little shopping. These people, all three of them, were the best hipcamp hosts you could ever hope for. They were gracious, accommodating and very friendly. They have created a beautiful little spot big enough for a single camper, and the setting looks like a park. They even have a little stone path that leads to a fire pit. As we were packing up to leave, the whole family came out to see us again and the daughter demanded a picture with the boys... and she made us promise to come back next summer. We plan to keep that promise. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed camping at Shawn’s property while on a trip to Canada. It was beautiful, peaceful, and serene. The location was easy to find and very accessible. Shawn provided a nice spot for a fire to top off our evening stay. We would definitely book this spot again when passing through to other parts of Maine and Canada.
The roundabout was perfect and tucked away in a private area wooded area and we really enjoyed sitting under the fire at the beautiful fire pit Shawn put together. The space was also gorgeous and level with new gravel, easy to find and easy to communicate with Shawn - he even left us a bundle of wood! Definitely would recommend :-)
