Having full hookups (electric, water, and sewer) right by a river makes the experience so much more comfortable, even if you have to sweep a little extra sand out of the tent or RV.

Great location with access to the TREPO parks. Santa Fe boat ramp almost directly across the stree. Easy pull in and hook up. Quick responses from the host. The property is very beautiful and we enjoyed our time there
