This spot was perfect for what we were looking for! Cozy camper, cold ac, very relaxed atmosphere. Everything was clean. The built on bathroom was unique and perfect. This land had several options for rentals, all of them are great!

It was okay
Overall the camper and the site served its purpose for the price. I was amazed that everything in the camper was in working order given its age. Everything was clean. Loved that the host had built an outdoor bathroom with shower, much more pleasant experience than a tiny camper bathroom. The host was responsive. Location was fine for visiting springs. The downside was the setting. Our sitting area faced another camper. And it seemed (not sure) that some of the sites might've been long term stays, so they didn't look as tidy. The property has several sites but I didn't feel secure walking around. There were dogs off leash. I didn't hate it, especially how accommodating the host was but not sure I'd stay again. It was worth the cost to not have to pack all the tent camping equipment.
