Learn more about this land: Close to the highway about a mile from Starbucks and Publix grocery stores 20 minutes from the beach. Pretty dark at night and secluded. Easy to get back on to Route 10. There is road noise from route 10. Great Wifi on site. 50 amp hook up. We charge for 12 cents a kilo watt hour. Pensacola stop

Steve is a great host. Every time he saw me he asked if everything was ok and did we need anything. When we arrived he went over the spots we could camp in. We were there for 30 days. Close to shopping and a short drive to beaches. His dog is very friendly and visits every day.

Awesome stay with our dog and kids.

Steven has a very nice property. We had one small problem that he figured out within a few minutes of us giving him a call. I would definitely stay again. The kids loved playing with Steven's dog as well and as soon as we left they were saying that they missed the dog already.

Exactly what we needed for the night. The host was friendly and came out to greet us and offered to help us set up. Lots of space for kids and the pup to stretch their legs.

We had an amazing experience at Steve’s place! It was our first time using our popup camper. Steve was willing and eager to help us set up camp. He even provided additional things that we did not have such as an amp converter. The bathhouse was clean and very nice! Our two dogs loved running around and exploring the place. We cannot wait to come back!

Steve is an AMAZING host! This is my second time booking with him and I would highly recommend this stay. When I arrived Steve made sure that I had everything I needed and was set up.. He even offered several times to move me to a different site, ensuring that I was happy with my spot. He was available by phone and came back to help me with my water and getting my camper level. The location is wonderful, close to I 10, Publix, Walmart Marketplace, tons of restaurants close by. The sites are accurately described. I'm in the back and it feels very secluded and safe. Surrounded by trees on all sides. I travel for work and have stayed at hundreds of camping sites and this by far it's the most per friendly stay I've ever had. Steve is genuinely a great guy!
