Our two level (full hookup) RV pads are on beautiful Anastasia Island within walking distance to the Atlantic ocean, Pier Court Park and the St. Augustine Amphitheater. Anastasia State Park is within a mile. St. Augustine is just over the Bridge of Lions three miles away. Each pad has its own furnished patio and small green yard space. We have a small fishing lake in the back yard (unfenced). There is a national bird rookery preserve a few blocks away so the bird watching is wonderful. There is an alligator farm and a dolphin aquarium on the island., as well as a historic continuous working light house and Maritime Museum. Our pads are just across the Bridge of Lions (2 miles) from the Oldest USA city, St. Augustine, Fl. The historic Fountain of Youth is here along with Castillo de San Marcus National Monument, St. George Street, the historic district plus many other attractions. We have two level paver RV Pads. They both have electric, black and grey water cleanout, fast high speed internet (full hookup). They each have private patios for picnics, socializing, and relaxing. Both pads have high speed internet. Pad 1 accommodates an RV up to up to 28' in length. Pad 2 accommodates an RV up to 34' in length. We accept small Class A Motorhomes (34' and under), Class B, Class C, Small 5th Wheel, Pop-up Campers, Vans and Travel Trailers. Sorry, no tent camping is allowed. There is also a large back deck with picnic area overlooking the small fishing lake in the back yard. We enjoy meeting fellow travelers and sharing our paradise island. We are LGBTQ friendly. Our neighborhood is quiet and safe. The location has easy access to great adventures, history and wonderful memories may be made here. Pets are welcome on leash. accompanied by an adult, Each pet is $5. additional fee. There is an off leash park two blocks away. Most of the beaches are also pet friendly. We adhere to CDC guidelines for safety. We wish you safe travels and happy trails.

Site 1 is a back-in pad on level concrete pavers with full hookup including 30/50 amp electric, water, black and gray water drainage, and high speed internet. Site 1 can accommodate up to a 32' bumper pull trailer or it can also accommodate a small 30' class A RV, class B and Class C, campervans There is parallel parking in front of the RV. This pad has a side patio with table and 4 chairs beside a beautiful little garden with a concrete paver path and a small manicured grass yard. It is very private behind a beautiful 11' evergreen hedge. There is a fishing pond with chairs in the back yard for sitting and relaxing in the sun or shade. The natural foliage is very enjoyable. There is a bird rookery very close so the abundance of many different species may be seen here.

Site 2 is a back in-site on level concrete pavers with a patio seating area surrounded by lovely flowers and natural foliage. It has nice furniture and a small manicured lawn area. It has 30 amp (full hook up) electric, water, black and gray water drainage and high speed internet. It can accommodate a 34' bumper pull trailer RV with slide outs or a small 32' class A, class B, class C or campervans. There is parking in front of your RV. There is a small stocked fishing lake in the backyard with chairs for sitting and relaxing in the sun or shade. it is very enjoyable. There is a bird rookery very close by so the abundance of many different species may be seen here.

It was okay
30A and water service were very convenient, but the sewer hookup was across the driveway - required an extra 10ft hose to use. Plenty of room to park, but not a lot extra for tables, etc. We were traveling with the folks on Pad 1, so we used Pad 1's table for the few meals we ate there. Worked well for us.

i am sorry that we were not available to greet you, as we had a family emergency in Texas that required us to be there In our conversation, I thought I mentioned to you that we supply additional black water hose if you need it. It was sitting under the carport, easy to see and it has its own connector.. Your patio is right behind your rv. it has chairs, glider, coffee table and a fold up dining table (also under the carport, easy to see) the back yard fishing lake is also available to all our campers. Again, I apologize if I did not make these convinces clear to you but we were under great stress. i hope that you enjoyed your trip enough to come again. These "mixed reviews" really hurt us as a Hipcamp Host and yours is the only one we have ever received, our campers usually really enjoy themselves here on our little island in beautiful Saint Augistine.
