This Gorgeous 6 acre property has DIRECT PRIVATE ACCESS to Hardscrabble Mountain, The Holy Cross Wilderness and The White River National Forest. There are 24,000 acres of BLM public land and also The White River National Forest with over 3,500 square miles, both with thousands of miles of recreation trails for mountain biking, hiking, ATVing, MOTO X Dirtbiking, SidebySide UTVing, backcountry skiing and snowboarding, 4x4 Jeeping/Mudding, Jeep, Bronco, Land Rovers, OffRoad, Bike, Hike and snowmobiling. Walk out of your tent, your RV or my cabin and you are in BLM and The White River National Forest. Plenty of flat, shaded ground with water and electric available. The biggest shade trees in Eagle County, firepits, and a creek with pond and waterfall with sand beach await. Incredible views of Castle Peak, The Flat tops Wilderness, Red Canyon and Hardscrabble Mountain right from the Property. Vail and Beaver Creek Ski Resorts with the best skiing and powder in the world and Glenwood Springs with the world famous Hot Springs Pool and Glenwood Caverns Amusement Park ( amusement park on top of a mountain) and the Iron Mountain Hot Springs Each 25 minutes away. Aspen is a little over an hour away. Pets are welcome and can be off leash if they can respond to voice controls and owners are responsible for their pets at all times. Dogs love it here! Nothing like this place in Colorado with direct private access to the backcountry with thousands of miles of trails.  Yes, this place has direct access to the West Eagle Mountain Bikes trails that are becoming very famous here in Eagle, Colorado. On the website eagleoutside.com, my property is the no access marker off of Highway 6. Mountain bike, horseback ride (your horse) hike, dirtbike, atv, side by side, snowmobile or four wheel with no trailering up.  You could ride or hike in the backcountry access trails all day without getting to a paved road. There are two camp spots available on this 6 acre property for tent camping. Tents are available for rent. Water and electric are available for this fee. RVs and camper vans are welcome also. Huge shade trees (trees fully bloom the end of May-beginning of June in Eagle County), are all around the property and a pond with waterfall and firepit seating area is available. This place is ideal for anyone attending the Eagle Outside Festival, Gorpro Games , Eagle Flight Days Eagle,  Eagle County Rodeo-A MUST SEE AND DO-end of July every summer, Eagle Artwalk, incredible local goods and Music Festival every 2nd Friday and Every Thursday in Summer is free musci at Showdowntown Eagle, bring your own food and drink!  Costco is one mile away, Bowling Alley and Movies theaters are very near as are numerous restaurants and the amazing Moes BBQ nearby.  This place is a gem and is really great for people who like to get directly in the backcountry. -/
