Welcome to The Sundance, a brand-new luxury tiny home retreat at Base Camp Palomar, named for its 22 windows that flood the space with natural light from dawn to dusk. Thoughtfully designed with comfort and style in mind, The Sundance offers a rare blend of boutique-hotel quality and cozy mountain charm. The open living space features warm wood accents, a modern kitchenette, and a unique pass-through window dining bar. It is the perfect place to get away from it all and stay under the stars. The Space Palomar Mountain in Pauma Valley offers an elevated retreat surrounded by ancient oaks, crisp mountain air, and breathtaking natural beauty. This peaceful enclave delivers privacy, star-filled nights, and a refined escape from the everyday—all just a scenic drive from San Diego. You will be located in a rustic setting beneath the Palomar Mountains. The area is ideal for hiking and is located near casinos and the Palomar Observatory for stargazing. The home features a TV sitting room and a main-floor bedroom with no steps. You can enjoy the bohemian-style kitchen and pass-through window bar, or relax in the upstairs lounging loft. The unit includes a washer and dryer, a full bathroom with a spacious shower, and a small pet room for those special guests.
