We're a 10.5 acre property within 25 minutes of 6 fresh water springs, the closest one is just over 10 miles away. We are dog friendly, have water straight from our sping fed well to fill your tanks and two 110 hooks ups and lots of room for boondocking! We are planning on having three RV hook ups with electricity and water mid-June!

Pick a spot you're comfortable in. We have lots of room! On Saturday nights we have a little bon fire on the south side of the property, bring your burnables! We are a dog friendly property! The grounds are mostly grass, there are some small bumps in the ground you may have to drive over, but slow and steady gets you to where you need to be! We have a beautiful 10.5 acre property with 6 natural water springs within 20 miles. We are a 20 minute drive to the Stephen Foster Folk Culture Center State Park in White Springs where the annual Florida Folk Festival is held. Nearby springs include: Ichetucknee Springs Little River Spings Sunbeam Springs Blue Hole Springs and More!

Night Sky Sanctuary

Spacious and welcoming, Sandi’s land is a sanctuary, with butterflies, birds, sweet nature smells, quiet, and since there isn’t street lighting to distract, clear nights mean a blanket of stars! The fire pit is a plus. And the sites are far enough from her space for adequate privacy. Sandi dogs weren’t a nuisance, (they’re fenced off or in her home), but neighboring ranches pups barking could be distracting if you sleep light. Thanks again.
