Dogs welcome at all sites, but are not allowed the pasture. Dogs must be leashed during the day when our chickens free range. Please bring bags and clean up after your companion animals! We do charge a $10 cleaning fee for pets in our tent. Please add that extra when you book.

We are located at the end of a bumpy 3/4 mile dirt road off Highway 20/Blountstown Hwy on the lake. Part of the road is paved, but most is dirt and we are prone to flooding after more than a couple of days of hard rain. We have several cars in the neighborhood that don't have a problem on the road, but - full disclosure! If bumpy dirt roads bother you, our road in is not for you. We - and most of our guests - think it is worth it.
We offer a 10% discount for FFA, all goat and dairy association memberships, and 4H, just send your number when you book.
Feel free to message if you have questions! The herd looks forward to meeting you!!

The campsite was spacious and the atmosphere was wonderful! The host was very kind and responsive, and everything we needed was provided. If you like animals, you should stay here. Big recommend!
Wonderful atmosphere, clean camping space and loads of goats to pet.
The trek to the bathhouse was less than ideal but not a deal breaker. Super cool common area, lots of cats, goats, chickens, a peacock and more.
Relax and unwind with loveable goats, wander among the chickens and wake to the roosters crowing. Private shower. Primitive camping, no hookups. Rough road coming in, just take it slow and you’ll be fine. Laundry available with eco friendly detergent provided. Very environmentally aware farm. Friendly and informative staff. Loved it!

Lovely spot, and great people! I was especially impressed with the hot shower and provided towels. Highly recommend.
Absolutely loved our stay at Goat House-we had a great time learning about all of the goats and getting to meet them too! So fun. We also enjoyed our biscuits and butter in the morning and checking out the lake :-) Fantastic hipcamp experience!! We’ll definitely be back.
Everyone at the Goat House Farm was so warm and made my brief stay really enjoyable. The shower/toilet facilities were great and, I didn't use the kitchen at all, but it looked good! Come during kidding season, if you can!
We camped two nights out of our Subaru at the Goat House Farm and had a delightful time. There were a dozen baby goats (some less than a week old!) and we had the luck of being around when two more were born. The goats ranged from super chill and sweet to hilariously mischievous chaotic energy, and the babies were too adorable to describe. The pig on the premises will plop down for scratches like a dog. There are also bees, chickens, and a some sweet cats on the property.
The staff were very friendly and answered all of our city-kid questions about farm animals with enthusiasm.
The little store has lots of locally made goodies that made for delicious treats for us & great gifts for our friends.
15/10 would recommend.

We enjoyed our overnight at the goat farm, Melissa was a wonderful host and her other farm guests were friendly and welcoming. We got the full tour and goat-family introductions and enjoyed her delicious biscuits for breakfast. Would love to come back and explore the trails as well.
I loved the location of the land and the proximity to Lake Talquin and surrounding State Forests. It’s a cozy little nook set back off the beaten path, yet close to explore wild Florida. The animals of the farm are ridiculously sweet and I really enjoyed my daily dose of love from them. The steaming hot shower at the end of a day of hiking was truly divine. All in all, this gem of a spot has got all your needs covered with a relaxed vibe to boot.
