The site is just 1.5 hours south of Las Vegas, Nevada in Mohave County, an hour from Lake Mead and roughly 45 minutes from the Grand Canyon West. It is situated on 1.25 acres, with breathtaking views of Mount Tipton.
The location has easy access to a wide range of amenities and activities. The 480 acres of Bureau of Land Management across from the property provide plenty of opportunities for hiking, horseback riding, motor sports and star gazing.
