Our farm is located in the center of the Yakima Valley in Southeastern Washington State. The physical address is 3510 Scoon Road Sunnyside, Washington. The Valley is known as the fruit bowl of the nation. The site is located on a farm that has been in production on the Roza slope 4 miles north of Sunnyside since 1945. Surrounded by fields of peppermint, Concord grapes, and a variety of crops within walking distance it is a fertile paradise. The Yakima Valley has thousands of acres of wine grapes, hops, apples, cherries, pears, peaches, and vegetables. Wineries are located up and down the Valley and people drive 100s of miles to do wine tours. Several microbreweries are also accessible and within 50 miles to the west you’ll be in premier hiking in the Cascades.Site is located just east of Scoon Rd 4 miles north of Sunnyside. Campers can park an RV or camp within a secure area with a fence on the west north and east. There is a farm Rd you can walk for a half mile from the site. The site is fairly flat and bicycling can be an activity to consider on nearby county roads or a bike path is located 5 miles south. If you have a mountain bike you could also ride the farm road. Local attractions include wineries in every town. Prosser 15 miles Southeast has probably 20 or more wineries to visit. Guests can access maps of wineries include the worlds premiere vinticultural area in Red Mountain in Benton City. Sunnyside has 2 breweries Varietal and Snipes Mountain Brewery.

Rick's campsite offers a peaceful and scenic spot for RVs, with a well-maintained area that includes a picnic table and grassy surroundings. Many guests appreciate the quiet setting, which is ideal for relaxation and enjoying the views of vineyards and nearby farms. While the site is generally praised for its cleanliness and privacy, some visitors note the occasional noise from a nearby road and the presence of country smells due to cows across the street. Overall, Rick is a welcoming host who ensures guests feel at home, making it a recommended stay for those exploring the local wineries and countryside.
