As part of the market garden... plants, fresh produce, jams, salsa, and fresh or dried herbs are available for purchase when in season. I have fallen in love with an old building material called cob. Cob is clay, sand, and straw mixed together on a tarp with your feet. I've completed a few smaller builds and taught a few cob building classes. Now the work begins on a small cob building, called a palletable cobin, (fall of 2022) When cob-building is underway you're welcome to get your feet dirty and join in the fun. We have a mobile cob oven that can be moved to your campsite for cooking pizza, bread and more. Please bring your own firewood.Medical cannabis is allowed for valid card holders.
