The farm also borders Mill Branch Park which is about a hundred acres of City Park. Ferguson Farms is with in a hours drive of many local attractions. Fayetteville is a social hub with The Walton Arts Center, The University of Arkansas, Dickson Street, The Fayetteville Square and numerous local flavor restaurants. There are over 400 miles of local bike trails. Bentonville hosts the Bentonville Bike Festival and has OZ Trails which features a bike ski lift to the top of the trails. Bentonville is the home to Walmart, The Walton 5 and 10 museum, Crystal Bridges, and many more attractions. We are 35 miles from historical Eureka Springs with the haunted Crescent Hotel, the Thorncrown Chapel and Christ of the Ozarks.

There is a picnic table and fire pit at the riverside campsite. Bald Eagles are seen most days in the winter. Birders will also appreciate the feeder in the campsite. Fishing poles are available as an add on. You can bring your own too! Catch small mouth, large mouth, bream, crappie, catfish, gar, carp/buffalo and even walleye, but you’re competing with the neighborhood beaver so be on the lookout for him! So lovely, secluded, charming spot by the river. Great site for stargazing and really perfect river spot to lounge in shallow or enjoy deeper. I was there in a full moon night & the campsite was mowed, had a charcoal grill and a nice clean pick nic table. Tall trees surround it and the site has sun and shade. Thanks for a great night of camping!

Fantastic campsite! Great swimming holes along the river and up the creek. Super close to the trailhead for the waterfall. Great experience all around. I will say that the creek crossing is best suited for lifted 4x4’s. If you have 4x4 but it’s not lifted, get out and check before trying to cross, I hit a deep spot in the rocks and popped my air ride suspension. Luckily i could plug it with a screw and it got me thru the weekend and home 4 hours away with no issue but definitely freaked me out at first. On the way back thru we tossed a bunch of rocks in to fill the hole. Definitely recommend this campground and I’m sure we’ll be back one day!

Clean, clean, clean! Such a nice property. The hosts were very accommodating. They reccomened places of interest in the area. And even gave us a small history lesson of the area. The cabin was so well kitted out! Games for kids and adults, too. Lots of extras! They plan on adding a dish washing station and a camp store.

The place was exactly as described. Matt was very helpful. My family enjoyed kayaking and fishing on this beautiful property. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for seclusion!

Weekend Trip to Red Valley RV Park

Hosts were accomodating and very quick with communication. Camping spot was pretty level and hookups were obvious and logically placed (for example, sewer hookup was near where most rv sewers tend to be…no Tetris skills, stretching of sewer hose, or praying needed😅) I chose it for price and distance to freeway. Price can’t be beat in that area for rvs. A smidge awkward getting there, lots more turns than I expected… but really not an issue overall. For an overnight it was perfect.

Located on a sweeping bend in the Arkansas River, this man-made oasis is a mecca for watersport enthusiasts, loafers, and beach bums. Hundreds of acres of shoreline and thousands of acres of surface area. makes for awesome exploring throughout the year. Five campgrounds surround the lake, not to mention some serious hiking and mountain biking trails, so you can soak up the sun on the water and then head to the hills to connect with the magical realm of fields and forest. The surrounding land has been designated as a State Wildlife Management Area. If you’re observant, you chance spotting deer, turkey, fox, racoons, black bear, and all kinds of songbirds. Bring your camera along and immerse yourself in this wild world.

This is a horrible place to tent camp. Power plant and factory noise 24/7 as well as trains.

Aux Arc Campground

Aux Arc Campground is a beautiful place to camp. Tents, sleeping bags, RVs, Motorhomes, etc... You can listen to the River run and watch the Geese, and other water birds, squirrels, etc... Very peaceful calm place to camp... and Steve is an awesome person to deal with!!
