We bought this land and built a 4000sqft barndiminiom to develop a therapeutic ranch, during COVID the vision had to be modified we still work with people at the ranch but in much smaller fashion than planned we are still wanting to privide opportunities for children and families within our community. We also take in rescue animals we have a 3 legged goat with no ears, a calf that was bling with broken leg, a foundered pony and there has been others along the way. Daniel’s property was easy to find. The site was gravel, but it was level. Daniel was very accommodating with an adaptor for our 30 Amp camper, as well as a water hookup. The view from our site, overlooking Douglas, was very nice with a beautiful sunset and sunrise.

It was a very relaxing stay and we had a beautiful view, overlooking grassy hills and having pronghorn come so close to the property. Daniel and Nikki were exceptional hosts and I took full advantage of their add-on breakfast burrito, lunch, dinner and River Kayak trip add -ons. Given the care, quality, and portions that Daniel and Nikki put into their add-ons - I don't think there is a better value around. My campsite had an awesome overlook with antelope scampering through the sagebrush and spectacular sunsets. I really appreciate that they are limiting the number of guests making it such a more pleasant experience. And there was direct-from the outside access to a real bathroom and shower! On my 7,500-mile road trip, they earn top marks for value, experience, and gracious hospitality.
