This property belonged to my grandparents. My grandpa and grandma ran cattle and sheep on the land and put up hay. They raised my dad and his two brothers on the place. My dad and mom built a house just West of the property, where I grew up, walking over the hill to visit Grandpa and Grandma. They sold the ranch when I was 10 years old. The place was sold 3 times before I was able to buy it back in 2021. The purchase included an RV campsite. My wife Lindsey and I thought, what a great way to meet people and share a little piece of our amazing Wyoming. There is nothing better in the world than waking up early in Rural Wyoming! Learn more about this land: Open views of hay meadows, cattle, sheep and sagebrush. The area around the campsite is an open field with easy interstate access. There are neighbors within view and our home is approximately 1/4 mile away from the two RV camping spots. We have kids, horses, sheep, dogs, cats and rabbits. There are also antelope and deer. We do offer electrical, septic and water hookups at both locations. Both sites are immediately adjacent to one another. Just a short drive from Douglas, Wyoming and Natural Bridge State Park. You will very likely not see another human, but you will see plenty of antelope and maybe some coyotes, swift foxes, badgers, and jackrabbits. Pictures don't do it justice but it's a beautiful place to enjoy the sky, the horizon, and watching the weather change and roll in throughout the day. Bring shade for the day and warm clothes for the night! Watch out for rattlesnakes!!

Daniel’s property was easy to find. The site was gravel, but it was level. Daniel was very accommodating with an adaptor for our 30 Amp camper, as well as a water hookup. The view from our site, overlooking Douglas, was very nice with a beautiful sunset and sunrise.

Neat spot for a cross country trip! I love big private land sites like this and the instructions provided by the owner made it easy to find even in the dark. The weather wasn’t great so we didn’t get to explore and the road did degrade a tiny bit by the time we left the next morning, but it’s an awesome spot!
