This is a working cattle ranch, owned by our family for 4 generations. It’s located on clear creek and a historical route used to trail cattle to the nearby railroad to load on the trains. Learn more about this land: We are located near Leiter, Wy 82837 please search this and notice we are remotely located, not close to town. There are multiple spots to pick for pitching a tent. Decide if you’d like to camp on the banks of clear creek or on a top of a hill with a view. If you’re pulling a camper or driving an RV there are 2 easily accessible locations with access to power. Locations are near Clear Creek so you can enjoy playing in the water or take a hike through a pasture. There is a cafe and bar just 4 miles up the road. They also offer shower and laundry services. We are a real working cattle ranch and there is local wildlife to view. We loved, loved, loved Kristin and Zach's Retreat! Their hospitality was truly exceptional and made our trip both enjoyable and unforgettable. The property is beautiful and pristine and the views were awesome. Zach met us when we pulled in and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and made suggestions of places to see. A scenic 40-45 minute drive to Jackson and an additional 10-15 minutes to Grand Teton NP. I was sad to leave and we will definitely be back!

A peaceful, private & clean spot! Sparkling spring water out of the hydrant. The power box was new, safe & properly wired. We enjoyed the birds, never saw any wildlife, no bugs! We enjoyed visits from the resident hens, kitty & Dachshund, all very polite and cute! Less than 10 minutes to Driggs or Grand Targhee ski resort. 💯 highly recommend

Wow! What a beautiful place to stay, the creek and the the views were so pretty we thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it. Eric had firewood for us and there's a hammock by the creek. Our dogs were the most pleased because the were able to be free. 100% would recommend.

One of the many great sunsets you can catch on the right night, followed by amazing star views.

I liked it. Mostly because there are only two spots. Hate crowded parks. Thermopolis is a booming little city. The Hot Springs are a must see and swim? Ryan’s place is about 7 miles from city center. Nice grocery store, and hardware store. All of the fast food joints iarr n town. Amazing for a city of 2800?

Great out-of-the-way spot for a base camp to explore NE Wyoming. Quiet and decently equipped. If I hadn't been on a road trip, I would have been glad to spend a few more nights here. Wyoming is not immune to exciting weather - massive hailstorm in the afternoon and a crash boom thunder and lightning show that evening. Best sleep I've had on the whole trip.

This was a great place for us as we traveled cross country. Bathrooms and showers were clean and well cared for. It was quiet and there was a great dog park perfect for our pups to run around. At the time we were car camping but would bring back our trailer another time.
