We are a small bar and grill 12 miles west of Crivitz WI. Conveniently located right on the ATV and Snowmobile trails. There are plenty of lakes and steams for the avid fisherman. We are located just a few miles east of the Nicolet National Forest. We have great food and always a friendly atmosphere. So come on up and join us for a relaxing week or just a weekend.Camp in our nicely furnished tent cabins, Site #1 ( Bri's Hideaway) is furnished with a queen bed, love seat and refrigerator. Site #2 ( Adam's Getaway ) is furnished with a full bed, 1 cot style bunk beds and a refrigerator. We recommend bringing sleeping bags for both sites during the cool weather camping, we furnish some blankets but may not be adequate for the chilly nights in the later season.  We are right on the ATV trails, with many lakes, rivers and trout streams close by. There is whitewater rafting nearby for the trill seekers. Or if you enjoy hiking, the Nichole National Forest is minutes away. You can relax on the front deck of your tent cabin or sit by the campfire. We are a small country bar & grill. We have a great Friday night fish fry, or try our famous chicken dinner, or one of our homemade pizzas, we have wraps, sandwiches and more. We are located 1 hour north of Green Bay, WI. The tent cabins will be open May 1st through October 31st with a shower room available. Norm's Log Cabin started out as a back 40 acre camp from the 1970's. Hunting is not Allowed on Property. Over the years we have taken time to make some improvements. We have acquire additional adjoining property and run some electricity. We have pieced together 160 contiguous acres over the years, and continue to manage the property as a family gathering location as well as doing some occasional log harvesting. This is the place to get away from it all, but still be in striking distance to several attractions. A full service restaurant in La Branch which is a short 12 minute drive SE, and a local hang out called the Red Arrow which is a 5 minute drive NW. The Cabin sits at the end of a long 1/4 mile driveway in the middle of the 160 acre plot of trees. You need to cross Anderson Creek, and drive past another hunting camp near the front entrance. This front 40 acre camp (Anderson Creek Camp) is another more rustic option then Norm's Log Cabin. The road leading to this driveway off of Highway 69 is near the village of Hardwood. Along Highway 69 is a snowmobile/ORV trail managed by the Michigan Department of Natural Resources and can be easily reached via the gravel road to/from camp. That specific trail is designated as A, and runs the length of Highway 69 and intersects ORV trail AG which would bring you into Escanaba. There is many and frequent ORV activity on this trail, and there are many stopping points for refreshments along the way. Hardwood Impoundment Pond is the closest body of water to Norm's Log Cabin, and can be reached by car or ATV. This impoundment pond is really the back waters of a local dam in the area, and can be fished from the bank or off the bridge that goes across the area. Very easily reachable. Again this is just a place to get away from it all and take in the outdoors. We can supply some ideas of places to visit . . .

7 nights at Lost Lithuanians Camp

Beautiful secluded area. We saw and heard deer and bear driving in and during our stay. Cabin was roomy with a divider wall and two sleeping areas. Full kitchen well supplied. Large bathroom with shower. Nice firepit area. Very quiet and peaceful setting. Highly recommend.

Stayed in Cabin 1 at the camp ground. The host was great I let them know in advance would be a long day of traveling, they took the time to make sure everything was arranged so I had everything would need upon arrival. Both the cabin and bathrooms were clean and you can tell they take pride in the property as it was clean and well maintained.

Weekend Trip to Northern Glamping Camp

Bri's cabin was an amazing little getaway. My wife and I had an amazing stay. The facilities and amenities were very clean and inviting. The bar can be a bit loud but is expected considering it was Memorial weekend. We stayed Saturday thru Tuesday. Sunday thru Tuesday were very quiet and peaceful. Thank you to the host. There were a couple bears spotted in the area, to be expected because we are in nature, and they were sure to let us know. Zero issues with wildlife. It was chilly at night but with the provided heater and heated mattress pad we were plenty warm and super comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

We had such a peaceful stay at this cabin in the UP! The setting was incredibly quiet and relaxing—perfect for unwinding. We were pleasantly surprised by how strong and reliable the WiFi was, which made it easy to stay connected when needed. Having a hot shower after a day of exploring was such a nice bonus. Highly recommend for anyone looking to disconnect in nature without giving up comfort!

My wife and I were looking for a weekend getaway and Michael’s cabin delivered a quintessential cabin-in-the-woods experience! It was way bigger than we had expected, with plenty of room for a family/large group, or ample space for a couple looking to relax. When we wanted to unplug, the extensive trails that Michael has created made for an enjoyable walk in the woods. My wife and I both commented how peaceful it was not hearing any cars or airplanes overhead - truly magical! When we wanted our creature comforts, there was a TV with multiple streaming services, an oven and microwave for making meals, and WiFi that was powerful enough to stream a live soccer event in Europe (seriously!). We spent our drive home talking about the next time we’d be back! Can’t recommend this place enough!

Weekend Trip to River Forest Campground & Rafting

We had the most amazing and peaceful time at River Forest! The site was lovely with the twinkling lights, and the cabin was so clean and cozy! Amy was kind enough to give us maps, suggestions, and lots of info on where to fish, hike and eat..and Dan was the nicest! He brought a porta potty right to the sight since it was already too cold to use the facilities, and made sure we had more than enough firewood. He also gave us a GREAT food suggestion of a nearby place called Grudgeville Pub and Grub! The food was awesome and the hospitality even better! (Go there!) It was chilly, as we went in early November, but we will DEFINITELY be coming back in the spring and/or summer!!
