Kickapoo Cabin- Unavailable

This beautifully renovated Amish-style log cabin is situated on the Kickapoo River. There are two tent sites, one RV spot and the main cabin right alongside a garden and coop.  The property itself is an active homestead, with the lower section open to hosting guests.

Windy Ridge Retreat

The rustic cabin sits on a beautiful ridge.  You will have a great view of the sky.  Birds and wildlife watching along with listening to them. 

The property is a second farm that has been in my family's history since the 1960's.  We are a working crop, horses and beef cattle farm.  We raise crops on this property.   We have a main farm down the road that if you would like to visit, we can try setting that up so you can see the animals if you would like. 

Please note that the cabin has a porta potty outside.  The cabin does not have electricity, but an extension cord can be brought and plugged into the outdoor electric outlet.  The cord can be run into the cabin to use the fan, lamp and electric skillet or infrared heater in the colder months. There is a water hydrant outside for bathing or boiling. The water is non potable. 

 We have direct access to the property for ATV/UTV's for the public road use on the back roads. You can travel from town to town and sight see. 

The property is between two towns and is close to places to see and things to do, driftless area history, wineries, caves, hiking, canoeing, fishing, sightseeing, river, streams and more.

An historic Wisconsin dairy, now home to a family of nature-loving outdoors people who farm slightly, take life as a big adventure and love deeply. We have the long view to the west, a fantastic hill to climb and a creek to play in for days. You can venture into the gardens, play with the farm creatures or simply hide away at your campsite and give us a wave as hike the trails, wander into the nearby public hunting and fishing land, or come up to meet the cats. We love to share our space so get out here, see the stars in their full glory and revel in the melodies of nature and relative silence of our little valley. Join our little farm crew by&nbsp;pitching your tent along the flat near the creek. We have a couple great spots that are&nbsp;just right for privacy, scenery and relaxation. Take a walk to the ridge top or along the water and explore some of the Midwest's beautiful Driftless region. A fire ring and wifi nearby -- just ask. Glowconsin Getaway

Adjacent to Buckhorn State Park which is 6,990-acre Wisconsin state park southeast of Necedah. The park occupies a peninsula on Castle Rock Lake, a reservoir formed at the confluence of the Wisconsin and Yellow Rivers. Almost 5 acres of mixed oak-pine woods with sandy, fertile soil.

Bear Hill

Welcome to Bear Hill                                                                                        There is the Love Shack 15ft by 32ft park model camper Site #2

Just add  LULU 5th wheel one slide out on site#2 (the Jayco is gone)  

 Bear Hill is a pet friendly fenced in three acre get away, minutes away from Wisconsin Dells and the Upper Wisconsin River. There is a park model camper at $125 night sleeps 2-4 adults/ 2-3 kids.

Tents are available for $20/ night extra with the rental your kids of any age can tent it But PLEASE bring your own sleeping things and relaxing. Let us help you explore the river from a boat or we have 2 kayaks and (1) 2/3 person canoe. Rent or bring your own and we will guide you to where you want to go.

 Enjoy campfires and grilling and games with family or friends. Feel free to enjoy the local night life as I offer a designated driver to get you home safe and worry free. This is where the road ends and the country begins.
