We are located 10 minutes from the interstate and Winterplace Ski Resort and just 20 minutes from New River Gorge State Park. Corn hole boards, swings, campsite cookers and chairs are provided.
Want to see 5 star panoramic views of the Appalachian Mountains? This ultra-safe, ultra-private property is located only 10 minutes off interstate 77. There is only one farm past ours so road traffic is very minimal. Plenty of room to do what you and your pets want to do while exploring our 60 acres. The sun rises up behind the view and lets you see just a little further. It is nothing short of amazing. The sunrises are always different and some are the most beautiful you have ever seen. The mornings sunrise and the stars out here on a clear night are two of the best things this mountain has to offer. It will not disappoint. We can accommodate up to a 35ft RV. The best part is no long walks, you can park at the campsites and camp on flat ground. Each campsite features chairs, a bench, a swing and a camp cooktop that is fueled by your campfire. Nothing is needed to use the cook tops other than a campfire. The local area has lots to do. Several National Parks, rivers and trails. View stars as only those miles away from any light can experience. The crickets and whippoorwills will sing you to sleep. Google link, trail map, and campsite location map will be emailed the day before arrival. The onsite Porta John is cleaned on the 15th every month.

I have discovered a screenhouse is a great way to camp-a way to be in the elements but out of them. Presenting a 10x12 rustic screenhouse located near everything you want to do!
Inside the "cabin" you will find a full sized bed, table and two chairs, and a countertop for preparing meals. Outside you will find a biolite stove and star gazing chairs. I provide filtered water, dishes, a single burner stove, coffee grinder and kettle, french press and an air/foam mattress and an electric generator. You bring your bedding and toiletries. Your own private shower and toilet are just a short walk in the main house.
Walking distance to the New River Gorge Visitors Center and Bridge, Endless Wall and trails are just a mile away.
The cabin is tucked into the trees, with a view of nothing but trees on three sides! You will however hear a bit of traffic noise.

She also shared some great recommendations for local restaurants and entertainment, which we really appreciated. It sounds like she is open to hosting group events as well, so definitely reach out to Lisa to see if she can accommodate your needs.
And for anyone wondering about the bridge leading to the property-it is very stable and felt completely secure crossing it. The internet was also surprisingly strong.

This place is fantastic! We brought our RV and stayed for two nights. The pump track being right at your fingertips is amazing for the kids. The goats are hilarious. The wildflower farm with a path cut through is so relaxing. Another huge plus, the downtown is a short drive away.
The restaurant was out of lots of food and their draft beer machine wasn’t working. That was unfortunate but I’m sure not an everyday thing. The showers definitely need a thorough cleaning.
We would 100% stay here again.

Tent camping on the grassy field was very comfortable. Love that Arrowhead is so close to New River Gorge NP and to Fayetteville. Hot showers, a dish washing station and a peaceful setting were just what I wanted. And the very reasonable nightly fee is a plus. Would definitely recommend if you're looking to camp (camper sites also available).
