Rural farm camp in Yakima's west valley. This relaxed campsite is bordered by fruit orchards and farms on a very quiet dead end road. Over two acres of field grass surrounding by rolling hills with views of farms, cows, horses, and the eastern foothills of the Cascade mountains.
There is a 1/2 acre pond on the camp property with frogs, turtles, wild birds and wild ducks and geese drop in all the time. Very quiet and peaceful out here, the frogs will sing you to sleep and that's about the only sound you will hear.
There is power and water hooks up at 2 of 3 camp sites. Multiple tent sites , restroom available
Two large and level RV spots are graveled and can accommodate your 5th wheel, diesel pusher, trailer or toy hauler. The third RV/camp spot is grass but also large and level. This grass spot is dry camping but water is available from nearby spigot and a generator is also available for rent at $20/night.
Forgot your wood? No problem, firewood is always available $ 5.00/bundle. There are fire rings at each site for your use (unless burn ban in effect)
Camp host always has plenty of S'mores supplies (complimentary of course) for that campfire treat. :)
Visit our hen house! We have laying hens with fresh eggs daily for your breakfast. Bring the kids, wooden play structure and swing set are ready for family fun.

Kayaking, paddle boarding, river rafting, and jet skiing all easy drive from this camp. Own a boat or jet ski? bring it, plenty of space to park your boat and watercraft trailer.
If you are into quads, motorcycle riding or 4x4 off-roading this place is perfect. There are forest service roads and trail riding nearby. Jeep and off road groups come from all over the state to ride in the foothills, just 30 minutes away.
Winter time campers are welcome too!
Winter access is easy, county road to entrance of Hipcamp is plowed by county road crews and as host I have tractor 🚜 to plow the camp area prior to your arrival.
Snowmobiles are welcome in winter and you get a reduced nightly rate. Ride and play in the snow around the camp property or drive 20 minutes to foothills with trails and forestry roads open to sleds. Bring the whole group, plenty of room on this property for as many as 20 rigs and trailers.

This small 25-acre ranch is just in the early stages of development. We are repairing fences and watering. I just added solar power and several electrical upgrades for RV's. The property has a 2000 feet of grass runway with an airplane hangar, so you could fly it if you have a STOHL airplane.
The irrigation pond/pond yard area is currently available for camping.
Many wineries, brewies and outdoor activities available in the area. Children can help feed or water the pigs and perhaps the chickens. Be aware though when piglets are around at times they are very small and are amazing escaped artists so do not keep food out unless you want to try and pet one they are friendly. We are more than happy to help suggest wineries and brewies in the area or enjoy the bar area we have!
We offer several campsites as well as an in-ground greenhouse as listings.
Guests love staying with us: "The pond at Willow Barn Ranch was picturesque. Show us around the property. It's very quiet and peaceful, and you can tell you take good care of your land. Wide open spaces." Please be aware that we do not allow parking on grass without explicit permission which is always handled on site. The kitchen of the cabin is amazing, equipped with new Classic style appliances, you will enjoy having meals at our retro diner table. Naches RV Resort located 20 min from Yakima, WA. Its brand-new resort with beautiful mountain views, clubhouse and swimming pool are still under construction. We got Tennis ball play area, kids' playground, dogs unleased running area.
The cabin build in 2023 and its 400sft but feels spacious, we got 2 queen size beds (very comfortable). One bedroom on the main level and 2nd on the top loft (fun for kids). Kitchen is fully stocked with coffee, tea, toaster, coffee maker, blender, microwave, tea pot. We use propane gas for a stove, new pots and pans for guests to use. On the porch you will find retro cooler for your coke and beers (bring ice).
Cabin equipped with a/c/heater unit, there is Wi-Fi available. We got smart tv's, you can watch Netflix, Amazon Prime for free, also there is plenty other channels. And the main feature of the cabin is 50's vinyl records player (updated with Bluetooth).
You will enjoy drinking coffee with a beautiful mountain view. Also, there is picnic table and firepit chairs. You can bring your own propane firepit or rent from the office ($20).

-The cooler season brings fun-filled times of snow & amp, recreation for the whole family. From skiing to snowshoeing, then come warm up in Retro cabin

We love Buck Meadows and have been camping here for years. The site is private and picturesque yet located quite close to town. The sites are ready-to-go with a fire pit, table, garbage, and benches/chairs, so it is easy to roll in with your tent and enjoy the space immediately. Brynn is always very receptive and helpful, and we can't wait to come back again!

After a recon mission to Teanaway and Taneum, I stumbled upon Brynn’s property and knew this was the perfect place for my family’s very first camping trip. The sites are private and extremely easy to access. It’s peaceful, fun, and truly the perfect place to kick back, relax, and enjoy some time outdoors. Our kiddo was able to ride his bike, run around, go on the paddle boat, throw rocks in the river, and even got to meet Fudge, Tootsie, Salt & Pepper (Brynn’s goats and lambs)! We only live 15 minutes away and felt like we were able to really “get away from it all.” The location is perfect for a quick weekend away or an extended stay if you’re traveling. I can’t say enough about Brynn - she’s accommodating, helpful, engaged, and checks on you to make sure everything is going well. We are grateful to cross paths and will 100% be returning very soon! 1000/10 stars!

My partner and I were in Cle Elum for a wedding and this was the perfect spot for a night away! We wanted to be close enough to the venue while also getting to spend a night in our tent (our favorite summer activity). Having the shed to provide some convenience for getting ready was wonderful and the porta potty on the property was the nicest I’ve ever been in. Felt totally fresh with no smell! Waking up under the trees is my favorite and this spot provided just that :)

My husband and I booked this place as a very last minute adventure to get out of town. Very solid location to be able to explore all the beautiful nature around the area! Only took about 15 minutes to get into Yakima. The campsites were spaced out nicely, a little more open than some but still felt private enough. The running water and restrooms were a very nice amenity to have, as well as the cute little store and restaurant. Waking up to the mountain views in the distance was a very nice bonus. The river was beautiful, and the night star viewing was great as well. Overall would recommend to anyone looking to go explore the area and just enjoy being outside.

They have a beautiful property and the pond with a large willow tree's branches cascading into the water was incredibly picturesque!
Our in the ground greenhouse was very cool and unique. The fact that it has no power is an added bonus of camping feelings. But would love to see some updated/new working solar lights inside and out. Once dark, the stairs can be a little worrisome heading down into the unit.
Could have been incredibly romantic for us had our 6 yr old not been with or at least gone to bed before 2am cuz she was so jazzed about the place, lol. But that's on us of course, not the owners, lol.
Also, for me personally (with a heavy housekeeping background) I would have preferred to see a good bit less dirt/debris (on the concrete floor/rugs) and active spiderwebs (as in, spiders in them near sides of bed and headboard)...as this simply would require a broom for both tasks to be done fairly quickly & easily. And I would have felt a little more relaxed.
But overall, would definitely recommend and me and my 6 yr old made an agreement for us to come back yearly together to celebrate my birthday every year if possible.

I really like to camp by water and while you drive by water you're actually camping out in the field. But it was quiet and peaceful. Bonus in the morning there were little pigs and roosters and chickens so that was really cool.

Beautiful property, with a sweet and (cold) pond to float. My kids will swim for short periods of time, due to the cold water, but they enjoyed themselves.. Some sites are very close/too close to one another, while others are more dispersed. Bathrooms are clean. The camp hosts are very friendly and welcoming. Walking distance into Cle Elum is a plus! This is my second time there and will definitely be returning.
