**Please note as this property is on a hillside, the road is steep but easily doable. Given the lands natural terrain, guests should be comfortable with uneven surfaces, hills, stairs, etc. There is a rope to assist you on the last few steps to the beach**

Coffee, tea, hot chocolate, 1 gallon drinking water and instant oatmeal are supplied. corn hole, charcoal bbq (not during burn ban), picnic tables, small zip line, rope swing, tire swing, port a potty, and fire pit are all in the communal area. During burn bans a propane fire ( included) is supplied in the firepit communal area only. 4 people per spot with a 5.00 charge per night for each additional up to max 6 people per site. please go to extras for the charge pick a unit per person per night. 1 car per site 5.00 charge per car per night max 2. please pay thru the extras.

Eight years ago I bought this property, cleaned it up and changed an old local 1930s grocery store into my pottery studio. I continue to try to be a good steward to this little piece of land with very big trees. One side faces my studio with drive through access to a bunkhouse and hookups and the other is tent camping with room to explore. With a dog yard available you will be able to relax and enjoy.

Part meadow part stand of very tall trees, over 70 years old with birds, hummingbirds, deer. Choose to camp there or in a wheelchair excessable drive next to a 1940 era grocery store that is now my pottery studio. A large bunkhouse is also on site in case of rain, if not rented. Wonderful little spot north of Hoquiam! Sandy was very friendly and accommodating . I was the only one there when I went. The spot is near a road but it wasn’t too loud, it was quite peaceful at night!

The views wow! The highlights for us were the sauna and the private access beach with great rock hunting. We have a pretty large 6 person tent and we made it work at this spot. Recommend bringing some twinkly lights to light your downhill path from the car to the tent.

We loved camping here. Such wonderful private beach access, the sauna was fantastic at the end of the day, the view from strait overlook was wonderful and we even saw shooting stars at night. I believe we heard seals and the boats going through the strait at night, but overall quite spot. We were able to visit Lake crescent and Sol duc Hot springs with an easy drive away. The owner's dog was friendly with our children. Port-a-johns were well maintened. We would be happy to camp here again!

Cute little spot just outside of port Angeles. Sites were very clearly marked and Teresa sends very clear instructions ahead of time that help you know where to drive to find your exact spot easily. Communal space has lots of toys and games for the little ones and a propane fire pit to use during burn bans. Not a lot of trees/vegetation between sites, so of you're looking for privacy, this might not be the place for you. But if you prefer meeting your neighbors and sharing some smores, this is absolutely the spot!
Also, I have never seen cleaner port-a-potties ever! And the new shower was beautiful, clean, and felt like a luxury after a few days on the road.
