The shoreline is very bushy and rocky- not ideal for fishing, boating or swimming, but there is a free public boat launch site .4mi down the road, plus another at Granite lake .7mi away. Both offer a toilet, and a place for swimming and fishing (must have a fishing licence.) Please respect the boundaries and do not cross into neighbors' yards. Also, do not disturb the mosses growing on the rocks (it is a fragile ecosystem!) and respect the wildlife that make the space their home. Wildlife you may encounter includes deer, moose, beaver, otters, chipmunks, squirrels, frogs, salamanders, eagles, osprey, blue herons, ducks, and many other bird species- we are located on the Idaho Birding Trail. Rocky was a super gracious and helpful host. The room was clean and comfortable and the amenities were amazing! Rocky even had s'mores stuff set out for the campfire. We really enjoyed the hot tub and hiking down by the river. Worth every penny!

Wonderful place with river views in quiet serene neighborhood of Spokane. Rocky was very helpful and check in and out was easy. The great little touches in the kitchenette with coffee included cream and milk along with snacks. Highly recommend the place if you’re traveling through Spokane and need a cozy quiet place to relax.

We were staying north at Mirror lake and got evacuated due to the Sunset Fire. We were lucky enough to find this gem on very short notice! The spot was perfect for the 4 of us to camp down at the lake for the night. Beautiful spot and we would return in the future!

Campsite was great! Parking on top and a good spot by the lake for a tent. It was a bit of a tight fit for our big camper but worked for us. Parking spot was a little unlevel but that's what leveling jacks are for. Public access to the lake was just down the road. We had a great time there while visiting Silverwood. Cell signal was low, but host was more then helpful when knocking on the door.

Great spot! Isolated and close to water. Water is fine to swim in as I think most bodies of water in this area have the same warnings just maybe not as concentrated? Idk, my husband and I didn’t grow any extra limbs or anything crazy! Plan to come back again soon :)

Really enjoyed camping here! We were visiting Silverwood Theme Park for two days and couldn’t be happier with choosing this over a crowded campground. It was easy enough to get to and close to everything we needed. It had rained recently so there were a few mosquitos so you may want to bring bug spray. 10/10 recommend!

Very quiet, except for the frogs lol. Very peaceful and beautiful. Great tent camping spot down by the lake. We had a 23 foot travel trailer and I wouldn't go much longer than that. Easy to find, easy communication. Loved it.

We were super happy to have found Native Pines! We had been boondocking our way through Washington but, when temps approached 100F, we decided we needed some A/C and a breather. While all the sites are 30amp only, it was still sufficient for keeping our big rig cool enough, and we were happy to have sewer to be able to do some laundry. The sites are nestled into a pocket in the woods behind (but out of site of) a motel. Our 44' fifth wheel had plenty of room to maneuver within the property as well as fit into one of the back-in sites. It was peaceful and within a 7 minute drive to a beautiful, riverfront park (Roosevelt National Rec Area on the Columbia River) where we did some paddleboarding. And, you can't beat the rate of $35! Thank you John and Michelle!

First off, GORGEOUS property. Camp sites are right on the edge for the best views of the river The hosts were beyond helpful and provided insight on multiple places we could go explore. Would 10/10 recommend for anyone wanting to unplug (although you do get cell service). Will definitely be coming back

Had a great time here beautiful property over looking the water.host were very friendly and helped us move our stuff down to our campsite.we ended up arriving later then our ETA cause we got lost(user error) and the host called us right away to guide us on where to go. Overall great stay
