✨ Please take care pulling into the property- you will pass through a 100yr old orchard that is just big enough for one Rec vehicle to pull in at a time. When passing through the orchard turn wide and pull in staright to avoid from damaging the trees in the orchard. ✨ These apples, pears, and plums will be really tasty this Autumn 🍂! Take part in helping restore the 1900 farm estate that dates back to the days when Spokane Valley was made up of 100-acre farm plots with red and white barns dotting the horizon. The property hosts a dozen egg laying hens (hopefully soon) and rustic barn and chicken coup blocking the view from the main road. This is a little hideaway less than a minute from I-90 Argon exit. Biking, scooter riding hiking, kayaking, sightseeing, and Spokane Valley exploring are common attractions in the area. Come check us out!Come check out the fully equipped and refurbished 1999 Fleetwood Bounder! This site offers virtually everything you need to camp in luxury, without needing to bring anything with you! Alternatively, if you have your own camper feel free to pull up and use the hookups. The Grand Moto
Michael is a great host and the RV was everything we needed during our stay. Having AC, water, and a stove to cook on was nice being away from home. We felt like we had privacy while being close to everything Spokane had to offer.

Our spot had not been vacated by the previous campers when we arrived, and not having the host or another representative onsite made it a little difficult. But we were very happy with the response from the Hipcamp team, and when the host finally connected with us we were able to get a full refund.

Travel nurse here, tent camping has been a blast here. Morning views are beautiful especially waking up to a vintage barn. The chickens make it really feel like home and are cute. Our stay has been amazing and Michael is an awesome host. Definitely worth staying especially when on a contract. Nurses this place is a hidden gem, definitely helps with some of our daily stresses. Its so relaxing 😌. 10/10 recommend....❤️

The owners are very friendly and accommodating- they have a field perfect for self contained camping,. It’s flat, you can use any part of it and it’ll be fairly level. Chickens and a bunny visited near my vehicle. I found it to be just what I needed for a single night’s sleep and then back on the road!

I was passing through the area and needed a spot to camp for a couple of nights close to Spokane. I feel so lucky to have found Michael’s site. It’s tucked into a quiet neighborhood, but once you’re on the property and set up next to the barn, it feels like you’ve escaped to the countryside. Peaceful, private, and convenient. Michael is a great host—super friendly and welcoming. I’ll definitely stay here again the next time I’m in the area.
