We are a working permaculture farm community that thrives on diversity, beauty, health, and resilience. We have created a conscious farm and forest ecosystem to host people, friends, family, and biodiversity. We have crafted a homestead towards productivity, resource abundance, water harvesting, social capital, and craftsmanship. We manage our landscapes and gardens for aesthetics, supreme health, smart design elements, ease of use, and maximum function. Tiny house building is our newest long-term endeavor. Nursery cultivation is another element we are excited about and committed to. Hosting gatherings and ceremonies is another priority for our collective community. We have high work ethics and aspirations and aim to create an epic scene for all to enjoy. We have a bath house in the works. It will have a kitchenette, a wood-fired sauna, water closet, shower, heated floors, an epic spa-like environment, and a hot tub. Please see photos of the progress.

This is a dry camping spot until spring when the irrigation spigots are available. We have a sweet little orchard with pears, apples, plums and cherries, all up for grabs when they are on the trees! The garden is massive and boats Raspberries and black berries galore, which we happily share when in season! There is one covered RV spot on the property with water and power hookups. White Lotus Farm

1 site · RV15 acres · Port Ludlow, WA
We are NATALIE and NIALL, business & life partners residing on 70-acres in Beaver Valley on the Olympic Peninsula, where we strive to regenerate healthy relationships amongst people and the earth. We prioritize the well-being of our community by producing and offering quality farm products such as: sourdough bread made with locally grown grains, wild-range chicken eggs, pasture raised lamb meat and fleece, cut flowers and raw honey. We want to share this land – we do this by: collaborating and living with other land stewards & entrepreneurs, hosting travelers at our farm stay, and holding space for connective workshops and events. Learn more about this land:Bring your RV or van and stay awhile by our big red barn! This easy access site has electricity (RV panel with 30A and 50A hookup options as well as a 20A outlet) and water hookup, as well as a firepit and picnic area overlooking the farm. Enjoy an immersive stay on our holistic farm nestled in Beaver Valley, or use our spot as a base camp for adventures deeper into the Olympic Peninsula. We are just 45 minutes away from the Olympic National Park and 20 minutes from Port Townsend. We are a working farm with gardens, chickens, sheep, a llama named Cue and a few very friendly farm cats. During the day, you will likely see us working on the land or around the property - we live with other land mates who also work on the farm. Feel free to explore around the farm and enjoy the animals and the gardens - we just ask that you stay on the paths and keep all gates closed to help protect the plants and animals! The site has a 30 amp hook up (as well as a 50A hookup option or 20A outlet for any other appliances that may need to be plugged in). When you come down the driveway, you take a right at the first fork to drive into the large graveled parking lot, where you will find the designated parking spot against the North side of the barn. There is (1) sani-can unit (toilet) that is serviced monthly available for use, and a sink for handwashing and an additional fresh water supply. The metal trash bin next to the sani-can is for your use - please do not use any other trash cans in or outside of the barn as these are for events only. You will also find a wood firepit and chairs available for use right beside your site. Please bring your own wood to, or feel free to purchase wood through this listing. Also feel free to enjoy the covered seating area alongside the west side of the barn, overlooking the animals, gardens and expansive valley view! We are also situated less than a 10-minute drive away from an easily accessible dump station in Port Ludlow, on the way to the Hood Canal Bridge. Please understand that we are a working farm that hosts businesses and other visitors. You will most likely see us and perhaps other guests during your stay! Our home is further down the driveway (to the south of the barn) and we have land mates and an Airbnb unit attached to our house. You will likely hear the sounds of farm projects, animals and people at times. We also live off the busy Beaver Valley road, making us an ideal location for access to the greater Peninsula, but also please know that you may notice road noise at times during your stay with us. We are not in a remote area that is completely silent - we are a bustling farm in a happening place. If you are seeking somewhere very remote without a lot of noise, projects or people coming and going, our site is sadly not for you. This is just the reality of our situation and we always want to make sure our guests know what to expect. That said, this also makes for an exciting, immersive experience if you're looking to connect with the bustling farming and food culture in our region! We also often have products fresh off the farm for your enjoyment while you're here or to take with you on the rest of your travels, and we have lots of local recommendations for food and activities during your stay!

This facility offers guided horseback trail riding at a variety of price points, as well as pony rides for younger children. They also have a petting zoo, complete with chickens, pigs, ducks, horses, rabbits, goats, and geese. They have two pet-friendly spaces for RVs under twenty-nine feet in length, and plenty of tent spots. Don’t miss this awesome location when going to or coming from Olympic! August thru September is wild blackberry season, and the campground is surrounded by them. Feel free to pick them! Feel free to pet / feed produce scraps you may have to goats / pigs. You can bring treats such as carrots and apples for the horses too, but mind the teeth on all critters! Some fences do have hot wire (electric fence) on the inside railing so please BE CAREFUL. If you have any other questions, let me know Elizabeth

Imagine a magical property made for camping. It's located in a secluded forest, surrounded by towering trees and lush greenery. The air is fresh and clean, the sound of birdsong surrounds you. But they're always good-natured, and they'll never do anything to hurt you. One night, you're sitting by the fire pit, telling stories with your friends. Suddenly, you see a shooting star streak across the sky. You make a wish, and without thinking twice it comes true. You spend the rest of the day exploring the forest. You come across a hidden hiking trail and follow it to the beach.. You have the time of your life at the magical property. You make memories that will last a lifetime. And when it's time to go home, you're sad to leave. But you know that you'll be back someday. The magical property is a place where you can escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. It's a place where you can relax and reconnect with nature. It's a place where you can make memories that will last a lifetime.

Beaver Valley Retreat

2 sites · RVs, Tents45 acres · Chimacum, WA
Kodama is a 45-acre regenerative farm located in the beautiful Beaver Valley of Chimacum, WA. We use organic, permaculture-based techniques to provide fresh food for our local community. Kodama Farm also raises Nigerian Dwarf goats and tends to a tropical geodesic greenhouse where we grow citrus and other tropical fruit. Kodama is also protected farm land forever! Working with the Jefferson Land Trust and the North Olympic Salmon Coalition, we have conserved over 20 acres of riparian habitat and will be working to transform this land back into it's more natural state by planting thousands of native trees, shrubs, and re-meandering the section of salmon-bearing Chimacum creek that runs through our land. Stay at Kodama Farm right next to a few of our Nigerian Dwarf goats! Explore our little regenerative farm and flower gardens, walk through our tropical geodesic dome greenhouse, and enjoy the gorgeous valley views. We are located 6 miles south of "downtown" Chimacum which is the home to the Chimacum Corner Farmstand (the best natural foods/organic grocery store in the world), and Finnriver Farm and Cidery (a lovely family-friendly place!). Our farm is a convenient spot to launch off of for your Olympic National Park adventure! There are some insanely beautiful hikes nearby and we are about 2 1/2 hours away from the coast. We are right off the main highway which means you will unfortunately hear some car noise mixed in with the birds and goats, but bring some musical instruments and you won't notice a thing! Our campsite is a grassy patch down in the valley nestled under a large spruce tree next to a goat pasture. If our male goat is in that pasture, you may get occasional goaty smells, but that is just part of the farm life :) We have a picnic table, chairs, fire pit, electrical outlets, and a porta-potty available a short walk away for campers to use. Your campsite is the only one on the property. You may see us farmers going about our daily tasks, but we will make sure you have your privacy.
