This property is supposedly one of the first homesteads in Jordan Road. This information is based on stories from some old timers my husband had spoken to in the past when he bought this property in 2002. The owner back in the old days sold off parcels and parcels of lands back then. The property is all fenced in, a place where your fur buddy can run free so you don't have to worry of the baby getting lost! Hopefully you'll get a visit from a deer and hear the hooting of the owl. :) You are welcome to check out our goats too if you want (they're in their enclosed space). The surroundings are peaceful and private, you will enjoy exploring the trails all around the 9 acres out of 12 we are sharing. Stroll down the hill to listen to the sounds of the creek and fish ladder. Our campground cabins are about 4.9 miles from the 'Granite Falls Fish Ladder'. Visit this beauty at Mountain Loop Highway if you fancy a little hike. Drive around 7 miles to the 'Lime Kiln Trailhead. The trail is full of amazing views and history. Our place is only about 45 minutes from Seattle. Why not pack your tent and sleeping bags then drive here after work, then leave in the morning. Leave your worries behind.. enjoy nature.

We are a 20 acre tree farm in the making on beautiful Whidbey Island. The property is rough graded with lots of areas to explore. No water. Close to town for supplies but quiet and crazy stars at night. We have cleared two of the cedar groves on the south side, and they are perfect campsites. The sites are 75'-100' apart, more private than a state park, but close enough that a bigger group would feel close. Portable Toilet is on site 100' from the Big Cedar site. May through October Cedar Hallow- Our original campsite, sports a hammock, a picnic table, a fire pit, a good area for 2 tents, probably 6 people. The site has huge cedar trees all around so it's filtered sunlight most of the day, & warm in the summer! Big Cedar- Our bigger site. Equipped with a fire pit, a picnic table, hammock, and space for 3-4 tents, probably 12 people comfortably. There is a dirt road that circles the property, it's great for walks and animal viewing but can get muddy in the rain so be prepared. Parking is a gravel lot directly across the little dirt road from the sites. Unload at the site then move to parking as to not block the road. Trucks with campers can pull tight to a site but don't pull into a site please, obey standard fallen tree limb boundaries. The great wide open forest to the south allows for nice nature calls bathroom walks, go deep. Thanks

The farm is on 12 acres of sloping field set against a tall forested backdrop, and only a 5 minute walk from restaurants, shopping, bars and groceries. Three designated level campsites are spaced around the property, each with a fire pit and picnic table. Please pay attention to the fact that these are walk-in sites, and you'll be hauling your camping items from the parking area over uneven ground. We provide a cart to help tote your items, if needed. There is a communal central deck for camper's use, with a water spigot, power outlet and sink, plus a propane stove and some cooking utensils. A communal port-a-potty is available to campers. Parking is in one designated location, and campers must be prepared to walk about 300 feet over uneven ground to their campsite. The working farm fields are not open to campers, but can be admired as a backdrop. A You-Pick flower patch and farm stand at the entrance of the property are open for shopping, picture-taking and flower-picking seasonally. Pets and campfires (outside of burn bans) are permitted. Guests love staying here: "We loved our experience at Alyssa's Flower Farm. The property is beautiful - everywhere you look, you're surrounded by gorgeous scenes of nature. Sunrise and sunset was amazing, and there's something so lovely about hearing songbirds in the trees. They have a beautiful flower farm, and we fell very lucky to have gotten the chance to enjoy it. We loved every moment here, and we can't wait for an opportunity to come back!"

10 acre homestead on the outskirts of downtown North Bend at the base of Mt. Si. Breathtaking view of the mountain, peaceful pastures, amazing wildlife. Walk or ride to all the charm of Downtown North Bend (0.7 miles), The Snoqualmie River (0.5 miles) or The Snoqualmie Trail (0.5 miles). Close to Rattlesnake Lake (6.5 miles) and a huge variety of hiking trails. The farm is regularly visited by elk. During the spring and summer there are usually cows, cats, and two working dogs on the property. Hollow Tree Campsite is private, located on the far side of the pasture, next to a seasonal creek (dry in the summer). For larger groups we offer two adjacent pasture sites, Hollow Tree and Cherry Tree. And for those in a vehicle requiring hookups, Barn Camp is an excellent option. Farm 108 is a lovely place to get away from the hustle and enjoy the outdoors, while still accessing great eateries and activities. Hope to see you soon!

Weekend Trip to Whidbey Island Christmas Tree Farm
There are three camp sites on this long and narrow lot. The first site is occupied by the owner in his RV. The middle site is cedar hallow, and the furthest site back and most private is big cedar. These aren’t the type of RV sites that you drive into. You have to park on the other side of a log from the camp site. Very nicely kept site and love the extra touches with the fire pit, hammocks, and solar lights. Would highly recommend for a family!

My family absolutely loved camping out on Kandi & Marks farm! They were so friendly, accommodating, and great with my 2 young children. All of the animals on the farm were great and Levi the goat is so friendly and sweet we all agreed that we will have to come back to see him! We had fresh chicken, duck, quail, and goose eggs and fresh baked sourdough bread which was such a treat!

Weekend Trip to Valhalla Tree Farm
We had such a great time the first time we stayed in the A Frame, that we booked it again. Our girls trip was perfect. The sleeping pads are plenty comfy, and the view is stunning. We brought our own water, but the kitchen had pots and pans already. My friend drove her minivan up the hill, which I was a little surprised, but she made it. I don't recommend it though. 4WD is best. Thank You again Shannon for another great stay.

Kandi and Mark were great hosts! We enjoyed the farm tour and they offered our kids to help feed the animals in the morning. They were also great when we discovered a nail in our tire just before leaving, requiring us to run to a tire shop to get it fixed, delaying our departure. They were very understandable and easy to work with. We would highly recommend staying here and would come back again.

We had such a wonderful time staying at this little off grid cabin. The creek that runs through the bottom of the property was beautiful. The 9 acre property was fully fenced which was incredible with our 2 high energy dogs. Grace was an amazing host and super friendly. We stayed when the temps got down to the low 20's but the gas stove inside the cabin kept us plenty warm. This was such a good forest therapy getaway. We can't wait to come back!

We had a wonderful cozy stay on Shannon’s land. We chose the A-frame cottage and it was just the thing for a winter vacation. The wood stove kept us warm, the sleeping loft was comfortable, the view was amazing. Plus, there were lots of walking trails and other natural features to enjoy around the property like a pond, a creek with signs of salmon life, view of a waterfall, and even the chirping of frogs and eagles flying nearby.

We pulled into Grace's property after dark, since the sun sets so early this time of year. But they were accommodating and super friendly. They made sure we made it to the correct cabin, and gave us a quick rundown on the property. We enjoyed a fire in the fire pit and got to explore the property with the dogs in the AM. This place is a gem! Highly recommend for folks with dogs who want to let them safely explore.

My fiancee and I did Campsgiving here and had a blast. One reason we picked this place were the accommodations for colder/rainy weather. Our cabin (Mini Cabin 1) has a powerful gas heater and the eating area has a shelter and gas grill. Fortunately it didn't rain when we stayed there, but if it did, we would've been sheltered from the rain. Grace was also very quick in messaging so any questions we had, she answered in a timely manner. Will definitely come back, and maybe try the other cabins. They all look cute and well built.

This was our first time staying at the cabins for the winter, and we took the opportunity when family came to visit from California. We all loved roaming the land, staying warm by the fire and sleeping soundly inside the warm cabin. Our dog loved free running as well. 100000 percent recommend staying here anytime during the year. Great accommodations all the way around!

Weekend Trip to Valhalla Tree Farm
I am so happy I found this A Frame on the hill to have my friends out for my 53rd birthday camping trip. It is the cutest cabin! It’s really was comfy and cozy. The loft with mattress pads are comfy on the my older hips. I was concerned but I was pleasantly surprising comfortable. I had a my friends park at the bottom because I don’t know how her minivan would do getting up the couple switchbacks. My truck did well, I did have to use 4 wheel drive in one spot. The cabin has privacy with a beautiful view. I loved having the propane stove, and wood fireplace. We were warm and toasty. I brought extra firewood but never needed it. The cabin is well insulated and we had to keep the fireplace on low most of the time. The color power lighting was awesome with usb and cigarette outlets to charge our phone was very nice. Composting toilet was a real plus as well. It was a rainy day for us so most of our time was inside for the one night. I highly recommend this cabin. I am so grateful it was available. Communication was awesome with Dave and Shannon as well.

My 30 acre farm has two campsites, (they are not close to each other) both allow pets and campfires (outside of burn bans). One campsite is a beach on the North Fork Stilly, it is shaded most of the time, the sun lovers can paddle with their kayak or wade across to sunbath on an island across the river. tent campers can locate their car or truck on dike and move their supplies on to camping area.. trucks with campers can set up right on dike over looking the stilly. Rigs can set up in the field by the dike!! the outhouse is back for the season!!! The second campsite is on 4 acres you will have to yourself by a creek; Rhodes River Ranch Restaurant is walking distance away to go enjoy dinner; the Whitehorse trail for biking or walking is only a mile away; Enjoy the view of Whitehorse and three fingers mountain. Lake Cavanaugh is nearby, and regional activities include biking, boating, fishing, hiking, , paddling, wind sports, and off-roading. Our guests love staying with us: "Our stay at River Side was wonderful! The campsite is very large, with a picnic table and great little beach area. If you're looking for a nice and easy get-away from the city, especially for larger groups, this is the perfect place! Rhonda is very communicative and a great host. You can enjoy such activities as swinging in one of the many hammocks, getting goldfish pedicures, feeding some of the sweet animals, talking with the parrot, doing goat yoga, picking fresh fruits and vegetables for dinner you can prepare in our outdoor cabana kitchen, eating s'mores at one of the many firepits, visiting the beautiful flower gardens or simply enjoying the peace and quiet. Wildlife galore including bald and golden eagles, red tail hawks, deer, raccoons, heron and coyotes. Some nights, we have live music in the evening by one of South Whidbey's amazing bands and beer flowing from the taps built into the wall of the cabana. It is just me and an occasional worker operating the property so you may see us weeding, feeding farm animals or watering some of the many gardens. You are encouraged to participate in activities on the farm and children are welcome to do the same. We are 5 minutes from Bailey's Corner Store, Whidbey's best burger joint, which has great music various nights of the week, and Ogres Brewery which also has great entertainment and beer. Langley and Freeland are each 20 minutes away.
