Un-fun part: We are unable to accommodate pets. No check-ins after dark. No motorcycles and nothing with a generator. It's very quiet here at night. This is a very private and quiet place, more of a sanctuary and not a party place. The only thing you hear is nature, a breeze through the pine trees, the birds, and the creek. This property was and is an organic permaculture farm in the forest. There are two orchards and an organic garden. The water is from a spring. The La Luna cabin is off-grid with an option to plugin if needed. Hot Showers at my cabins are private and outdoors. There's nothing more wonderful than a hot spring-fed shower. The toilets are composting. (No water is wasted here)! Two of the cabins were built from the trees on the property by the first family that lived here in the earlier 1900s. The Birds Nest cabin was originally a tool shed that needed a LOT of Love to be in the condition that it is today. It does have power, running water and wi-fi. There is the option to take an acrylic painting class, banjo, guitar or fiddle lessons, paddleboard lessons, and have a real old-timey campfire with a glass of wine or two with live music performed by our famous Fiddlin Red on the fiddle, banjo, and guitar. Your experience here may change your life forever! We haven't added all the experiential options yet, so if there is something you are interested in please inquire. Every year we make it more and more magical and interesting. It's four miles up a county-maintained dirt road and one mile to a non-motorized lake. I can't see my neighbors, but they are awesome artists and musicians and some of them are off the grid! If you're bringing a pet, they must be on a leash and be quiet pets. If you are bringing a child they also need to be quiet and respectful. I want to keep my neighbors and my other guests happy with a peaceful atmosphere. Thank you!

Green Bluff has so much to offer especially in the summer when you can go to several farms to pick fruits and vegetables, visit wineries, breweries, small businesses, and restaurants all within just a few minutes from our farm. I will give you all the information you need to tour Green Bluff when you arrive! Siemers Farm is located just 1/2 mile from us and they have pizza and salads available and Big Barn Brewery typically has food trucks and live music each weekend and they are about 3 miles away.

Site 1 can accommodate larger vehicles easily with drive through. Site 1 does not have any hookups. Site 2 can accommodate smaller vehicles up to 25 ft and has a peek a boo view of Long Lake and has a 20 amp hookup depending on where you choose to park. We do not have an outdoor toilet and are not set up for tent camping. There is a firepit as well as a picnic table located at the back of the property near site 2 which can be used when staying at either site. We often have deer, turkey and quail wander through and there is a deer feeder/water at the back of the property. Often the deer will also hang around different areas of the property. We often have beautiful sunsets, and the sunrise usually glows on the hills beyond the lake which makes it a pleasant place to enjoy coffee in the morning or relax in the evening. 30 minutes north of downtown Spokane. We are in close proximity to several areas of Riverside Park which offers hiking, biking and water sports such as kayaking. We are a 1 hr drive from Coeur d'Alene, Id.

Offseason pricing is oct 1-march 31st. RV spot is a 13 foot wide compacted gravel pad with extra gravel on top to customize. Area is flat hard ground surrounding it and a dedicated yard with 2 parking spots on the firm area off the street. Our property is a serene getaway to park your RV, go be in nature, and also be close to Spokane. We're a paved road to our property and not far off the I-90, about 7 minutes. You can experience beautiful sunrises and sunsets on our property. About 15 minutes away is Fish Lake. It's a wonderful lake for swimming, paddle boarding, kayaking and fishing. There is also the Fish Lake bike trail there that is paved and wonderful to see birds and wildlife. Our place is close to many nature areas, just ask and I'd love to help guide you! Or if you're going into Spokane for groceries or other adventures, we're 15 minutes from downtown Spokane. The paved RV parking is fairly close to our house, we will provide as much privacy as you need. If you chose to take your RV further into the land, you can park anywhere and we can run an extension cord to power, as long as you don't park in the way back of the 5 acres. There is water too!

This is a very private and quiet place, more of a sanctuary and not a party place. The only thing you hear is nature, a breeze through the pine trees, the birds, and the creek. This property was and is an organic permaculture farm in the forest. There are two orchards and an organic garden. The water is from a spring. The La Luna cabin is off-grid with an option to plugin if needed. Hot Showers at my cabins are private and outdoors. There's nothing more wonderful than a hot spring-fed shower. The toilets are composting. (No water is wasted here)! Two of the cabins were built from the trees on the property by the first family that lived here in the earlier 1900s. The Birds Nest cabin was originally a tool shed that needed a LOT of Love to be in the condition that it is today. It does have power, running water and wi-fi. There is the option to take an acrylic painting class, banjo, guitar or fiddle lessons, paddleboard lessons, and have a real old-timey campfire with a glass of wine or two with live music performed by our famous Fiddlin Red on the fiddle, banjo, and guitar. Your experience here may change your life forever! We haven't added all the experiential options yet, so if there is something you are interested in please inquire. Every year we make it more and more magical and interesting. It's four miles up a county-maintained dirt road and one mile to a non-motorized lake. I can't see my neighbors, but they are awesome artists and musicians and some of them are off the grid! If you're bringing a pet, they must be on a leash and be quiet pets. If you are bringing a child they also need to be quiet and respectful. I want to keep my neighbors and my other guests happy with a peaceful atmosphere. Thank you!

There are multiple dining options from breakfast to dinner within 7-10 miles. We have kayaks and fishing poles available upon request as there are multiple small lakes (Kelso and Granite Lake) less than 5 miles away. We are generally available and on-site 24/7 for any issues, questions and or problems that may need solved. In the case you forget anything at all……we can find it, fix it or provide it. We would love to have you come stay in our treehouse cabin or camp out on our tent platform and enjoy visiting with the mini donkeys, goats, chickens and the cows. There are several farms selling fresh produce, wineries, restaurants, a great brewery, stores, and so much more! We are also only 25 min away from Mt. Spokane State Park which has lots of hiking trails and other fun summer activities. Downtown Spokane is a quick 30 min drive where you can enjoy restaurants and shops. The setting is tucked in amongst the pines and is quiet. We are happy to show you around the farm and introduce you to mini donkeys, goats, chickens, cows, and barn cats! Green Bluff has so much to offer especially in the summer when you can go to several farms to pick fruits and vegetables, visit wineries, breweries, small businesses, and restaurants all within just a few minutes from our farm. I will give you all the information you need to tour Green Bluff when you arrive! Siemers Farm is located just 1/2 mile from us and they have pizza and salads available and Big Barn Brewery typically has food trucks and live music each weekend and they are about 3 miles away.

We allow longer stays and are happy to host traveling professionals. Each booking will be a max 30 day stay and may be booked back to back. Each month invoiced. Summer 30 day rate is $1250 on hipcamp, inquire for other questions on rate etc. This full hookup site is great for winter with an easy commute, fast access to main drags and freeways, and setup to heat under your unit and the water. Offseason pricing is oct 1-march 31st. RV spot is a 13 foot wide compacted gravel pad with extra gravel on top to customize. Area is flat hard ground surrounding it and a dedicated yard with 2 parking spots on the firm area off the street. Pad can fit the stabilizers up to a 43 foot 5th wheel RV. 42 foot for motorhome or travel trailer, but I advertise 40. Pad is on far side of our garage. The white truck and RV are examples only. Up to 2 dogs allowed however may not be left outside while gone, and must not be barking more than briefly. (Neighbors and we work nightshift) Required temporary fence to prevent issues with people walking by snd daily waste cleanup. We do have 2 dogs that remain behind the fence in photo and aren't left out and love other dogs. Pet deposit additional $200, no monthly fee. Please plan to be arrived and setup by 7pm to be courteous of our awesome neighbors. Includes 20+gbs WIFI included. Includes power, Along with sewer, frost proof water, and 30/50 amp. Our power panel also has a 20 amp outlet plug-in for winter needs or extra item. If power usage is more than $200 compared to our past use a month,difference will be due within 2 weeks of power bill, for longer stays. This lot includes 2 adults and 2 kids in pricing, and more persons will be $5/night to cover extra utilities. Propane fire pit allowed, and must be 15 feet from vinyl fence and garage. Our property and area gets average 42" of snow and owner will be snow-blowing for 4" or more. 11-15 minutes to big hospitals, 4 minutes from valley hospitable and surrounded by grocery, gas, Tons of food options and safe nice laundromat 2 minutes away. People walk with dogs and kids walk home with no issues and area is very quiet without any crime issues that we have experienced. Nightly dog walks at dusk encouraged! Site 1 can accommodate larger vehicles easily with drive through. Site 1 does not have any hookups. Site 2 can accommodate smaller vehicles up to 25 ft and has a peek a boo view of Long Lake and has a 20 amp hookup depending on where you choose to park. We do not have an outdoor toilet and are not set up for tent camping. There is a firepit as well as a picnic table located at the back of the property near site 2 which can be used when staying at either site. We often have deer, turkey and quail wander through and there is a deer feeder/water at the back of the property. Often the deer will also hang around different areas of the property. We often have beautiful sunsets, and the sunrise usually glows on the hills beyond the lake which makes it a pleasant place to enjoy coffee in the morning or relax in the evening. 30 minutes north of downtown Spokane. We are in close proximity to several areas of Riverside Park which offers hiking, biking and water sports such as kayaking. We are a 1 hr drive from Coeur d'Alene, Id.
