Staying on our private resort farm is like staying with friends or family. Me and my husband, Sotero, are from different continents. We met in Portland, Oregon, over 25 years ago. Being able to communicate in five languages gave us the opportunity to interact with people from various cultures, try new foods, and learn about new history and experiences. We love seeing the world, with our favorite destinations being Mexico, Dubai, and Canada. Also, we love camping and decided to create a little private camping ground and farm lodge for people who wish to camp without huge expense. We try hard to make each guest’s stay wonderfully memorable. Owner will be close by to answer any questions but gives you a space and privacy. Masabaje is the first two letters of each of our parents names (Margaret, Sandy, Barry, Jerry). We offer three listings - a converted schoolbus, retro trailer, and tent spot. Meet Birdy, a semi-converted Blue Bird school bus with a comfortable queen mattress, couch, two recliners, dry kitchen, cooking utensils, and camp stove. There is access to a toilet, shower and sink (clean up area) in back room of main house (about a 4 minute walk). Birdy sits at "Top Pond", farthest from the house in a super quiet and private spot. You must bring your own bedding or sleeping bags, pillows, etc. (available here for an additional fee). There is no electricity available in Birdy. Battery operated lights are provided. Devices can be charged up at the house. There is also no heater in Birdy, overnight temperatures in September and October can dip down into the mid-low 40's or lower. Meet Tin Man, we found him after he had been in an accident. Bandaged him up and he became the first place to sleep when we bought our empty land. He has a comfortable double mattress, couch, chair, kitchen, cooking utensils, and two burner stove. There is access to a toilet, shower and sink (clean up area) in back room of main house (about a 30 second walk). Tin Man sits on our driveway round-a-bout and is closest to the house. You must bring your own bedding or sleeping bags, pillows, etc. (available here for an additional fee). Ellensburg is known for its wind and our land is just down from a wind farm. We cannot control the wind, but Birdy sits in a pretty wind protected oasis. We are less than 2 hours from Seattle, 1 hour to Yakima wine country, 40 minutes to Vantage, 40 minutes to Leavenworth, 50 minutes to Snoqualmie Pass, 15 minutes to Ellensburg, 25 minutes to Roslyn, 25 minutes to Yakima River Canyon for floating and hiking, and so much more!

Its brand-new resort with beautiful mountain views, clubhouse and swimming pool are still under construction. We got Tennis ball play area, kids' playground, dogs unleased running area. The cabin build in 2023 and its 400sft but feels spacious, we got 2 queen size beds (very comfortable). One bedroom on the main level and 2nd on the top loft (fun for kids). Kitchen is fully stocked with coffee, tea, toaster, coffee maker, blender, microwave, tea pot. We use propane gas for a stove, new pots and pans for guests to use. My husband & I put a lot of blood sweat & tears into making this a place our kids would enjoy during our weekend vacations to Leavenworth. We love hiking & there are a ton of nearby hikes. Despite it being located on the other side of the train tracks, we always seem to have a good time. We hope you enjoy it too!Learn more about this land:Outdoor enthusiast will enjoy this glamp spot! Utilize the dry cabin equipped with two twin size beds, a pullout couch bed, a dining table with 4 chairs & extra seating. With plenty of space outdoors, feel free to pitch a tent or bring your RV for friends! It is a dry cabin meaning there is no running water. We have it powered with a solar panel which should give enough electricity to charge phones & lights as needed. There is also an outhouse with a compost bucket if you'd like to use that. The downside to this lovely parcel is it's on the opposite side of the train tracks, so there will be occasional noise. Maybe it adds to the uniqueness? Just keep that in mind as once in a blue moon, the train does stop so you may be stuck for a few minutes. Oh & those power lines sometimes make a crackling noise. Sometimes we notice it & other times we don't. Now that we got that out of the way, the pros are it's a great place to explore. There are a ton of nearby hikes. This spot is in between Stevens Pass & the famous Alps candy store, with each being about 15 mins away. There is a gas station/convenient store, a few diners, and a rest stop within 5 minutes. Historical Leavenworth is about 20 mins. There is a spot for campfires, a small 2 burner propane stove & an ice chest for your convenience, but you will need to bring the propane.

Whistlin' Pine Ranch Resort
