This small 25-acre ranch is just in the early stages of development. We are repairing fences and watering. I just added solar power and several electrical upgrades for RV's. The property has a 2000 feet of grass runway with an airplane hangar, so you could fly it if you have a STOHL airplane. The irrigation pond/pond yard area is currently available for camping. Many wineries, brewies and outdoor activities available in the area. Children can help feed or water the pigs and perhaps the chickens. Be aware though when piglets are around at times they are very small and are amazing escaped artists so do not keep food out unless you want to try and pet one they are friendly. We are more than happy to help suggest wineries and brewies in the area or enjoy the bar area we have! We offer several campsites as well as an in-ground greenhouse as listings. Weekend Trip to Heron's Rookery at Yakima River

We loved our stay at the Rookery! The site is quiet and peaceful, despite having neighbors nearby. We didn't see or hear anything from the adjacent properties, and felt like we were in the middle of nowhere by ourselves. The river and surrounding hills are BEAUTIFUL! Full hookups make it a breeze to stay here, as did the easy in-easy out with our 23 ft. trailer.

Weekend Trip to The Hay Farm

My husband and I are doing a cross country trip with our dog in an RV and this was a great first stop! Plenty of parking space and great practice for my husband driving the RV for the first time. The area was quiet and the walking path was perfect for our dog.

Our second time here: ,one time we’re by the lovely big pond., complete with waterfowl; and this time we've enjoyed a remote spot in the grassy field. A beautiful rural location. Quiet and peaceful. And they’ve added a new toilet n washing station. Piglets were adoring!

Weekend Trip to Ricks Exercise Farm

We loved camping on their land. It was very peaceful and cozy. No other campers, just us. We appreciated how most of the yard was fenced. Having well behaved dogs, we didnt have to tether them. The owners were very kind and easy to work with. Even left us some fresh corn from their garden. We stayed here for the annual Hot Air Balloon Festival in Prosser. Location was perfect. Lots to do in the area too. We will be back! Thank you!!

During the days leading up to the trip, Greg was very responsive, friendly and welcoming. We were not able to make our trip due to a last minute family matter so I cannot comment on the actual camp. However, we are planning to camp here when our schedule next opens up to go to the area.

The property was easy to get to and the lot itself was accommodating, Allowing plenty of room to spread out. It was perfectly shaded and the river access was great. If your into fishing, the cutthroat trout were fun to catch!
