Outdoors is the ultimate entertainer’s paradise. Relax in the hot tub and enjoy theatre under the stars on the 120” elevated screen that can be seen from the entire site. Start mornings off with coffee and the smell of bacon sizzling on the outdoor griddle and end the days with a cold one from the kegerator. Going to this property was one of the best camping trips ever. First off, the owners were the perfect blend of being extraordinarily responsive if you had questions, but completely giving you your space. I stayed at campsite 1 and it was BEAUTIFUL! I saw a ton of songbirds, herons, hawks, eagles, Kingfishers, mergansers and on and on. The fishing was outstanding. I caught about 25 small mouth, 4 red-eye, and 2 redear sunfish. All were small, but it was a great day on the water. The big sycamore by the river is the perfect place to hang out, it provides great shade all throughout the day. This place is exceptionally clean, quiet and peaceful. My favorite hipcamp place to date. I can't say enough good about this place.

They really did a sweet job here with the wooded area they have. I enjoyed the train that came through beside the hipcamp. Nice wooden decked tent platforms with metal fire rings. Port-a-potty and water spigot available. Was perfect for a one night get away. Quick drive for restaurants, etc..

Very nice and clean area/camping spaces. Platforms for each site are great for tent or cooking space if not tent camping.
Sites are a little closer together than expected but would only be an issue if the camps were all occupied and not respectful of each other.

The description really can't do this place justice; you just have to enjoy it for yourself. The view obviously is unbelievable and is the star of the show. But Cabin Breezy is wonderful on it's own. You can tell Jessica put so much love and attention to detail in every inch of the mini but mighty A frame. We also weren't expecting to have an actual bathroom and shower to use (not just port-a-potties). So that was a major perk. My fiancé, our dog, and I came up for a little 2 night getaway for my birthday. Work has been WAY more stressful than usual lately for both of us. Staying on this land was cathartic in so many ways and we return home feeling completely renewed. Thank you for sharing your slice of heaven with the rest of us! This was a great spot. There was no road noise - it is near a road but traffic is extremely light (we probably only saw about a dozen vehicles over the 24 hours - if that). There are some really nice views as well. Shout out to the hosts who helped get one of our vehicles out when it couldn't get up the slick grass - if you get stuck just contact the host!
Host left water for us which was really nice, and they have a table and chairs as well so extra space to set up anything you need. There's a few different fire pits and plenty of space for a few vehicles.
Woke up to three white tails in the tall grass just by our camp.

This was a perfect campsite, especially for hikers hiking the sand cave/white rock trail. John and his wife have outdone themselves in everyway. The directions were clear and easy to find. The site is clean and well maintained. The fire pit is perfect as well as the picnic table. The bath house is extremely well done, well maintained and very clean. Vey helpful after a long hot hike! We also loved the mountain views and falling asleep to the sounds of the nearby creek. I highly recommend this site and wouldn't have changed a thing
