I enjoyed tent camping at Robert's Riverside campsite it was quiet with beautiful views and loved hearing the sound of the river next to my campsite and seeing all the lighting bugs I really had great time. I recommend camping here a great place

Site 2 Swimming Hole
We loved this spot! It was nice and private. We got to enjoy swimming, jumping off the rope swing, and fishing - all just a few steps aways from our campsite. There's not much shade during midday, which was not a problem since we brought a canopy. There's also some good trees to hang a hammock. Robert and his kiddos showed us where to go and brought us some wood. We'll be back for sure.

I WILL definitely be back again, and tomorrow wouldn’t be soon enough.
I have camped all across the US, and this location along with this host, makes for a perfect trip.

We stayed here with our dogs and friend. The stay was peaceful and Robert was so helpful and friendly. We went swimming behind the site and had a fire every night. Would absolutely recommend to everyone!! We will be back!

It's our fourth time back and this place just keeps getting better. Our host was amazing and as welcoming as ever. We partied under the most beautiful moon I've ever seen, had some tasty food and made some friends. Then went back to our beautiful private campsite and sat around the fire until sunrise . Slept till mid morning and cooled off in the river. That was the first day/night! Trust me book this place it's a hidden gem.

Second time camping at this beautiful site. Made sure to bring the fly rod this time. We had so much fun hanging out , fishing and swimming in the river. Our host Robert was incredibly kind offering us food and anything that would enhance our trip. We enjoyed the floats he had prepared for us and did not have to worry about fire wood at all. Just perfect, peaceful, private camping. Already booked again for another amazing adventure.

Beautiful little camp site with fire pit and plenty of fire wood around. We camped right by the river complete with swimming hole and tree swing. Easy access and private. Will definitely be booking again as it's just about perfect!

I loved camping at Robert’s site, definitely coming back when it’s warmer to that beautiful blue water and big rope swing. He was very kind and offered fire would to us and was clear and nice with directions. However, the main attraction in my eyes, were the stars!! So beautiful and plentiful, bring a telescope to get a closer look!

This is one of the best hipcamps I have ever stayed at. There was nobody around. We had the whole place to ourselves and complete silence. We had our own swimming hole and rope swings and camped out right by the river. Rob had a fire pit and table available. Quick access to the road when we wanted to go watch the sunset, but this can be seen somewhat from the property as well. Check in process was easy. There is little to no cell service, but that helped us disconnect. The town of Stickleyville is soooo cute! People riding down the road of horses and weathered houses with character. The population is only 326 people and it feels very cozy. We stayed here before hiking Devil’s Bathtub in the morning, since you have to get there early to avoid crowds and it’s only about 35 minutes away. Would highly recommend.

Rob’s land was a perfect place to stop for the night while on our road trip. Waking up to walk our dogs by the river and make coffee made for a great morning. Rob and his friends made sure we had everything we needed and were super hospitable.

Robert’s campsite was great! It was right next to a stream to hear while you sleep which was very peaceful. We forgot our firewood and they were very helpful by providing us with some! Definitely recommend this campsite to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway!

A short drive off of 23, Robert’s place provided me with the solitude, scenery, and space I was hoping to find on my trip to Asheville. He was there to see me to my spot, and allowed me to pick after showing me the land, getting me some fire wood and sharing stories about the property. This spot is the reason this app exists. I have 0 qualms in recommending it to anyone in the area and will definitely be back.

Best campsite I've gone to! Private and recluse while surrounded by a mountain. River right next to site to go swimming. Robert was so helpful in providing wood when it got cold. Very peaceful and relaxing. Highly recommended. Will definitely come back and tell friends.
