We live in the beautiful wooded area in fairlee vt with beautiful views of the ascutney mountains . Learn more about this land: You will be camping at our cloud 9 campsite which private and peaceful! The site is located behind many large pine trees in the upper part of the field across from our house which is hidden and cannot be viewed from the campsite. You can connect with wifi at the wifi sign near the beginning of the campsite road. We have a few hiking trails on Blood brook road one of which you can walk to from our home and it’s only a very short distance away. We are located 3 miles from Lake Fairlee Public beach also known as Treasure Island so bring your swimsuit! We are also within 5 minutes of the Lake Fairlee boat launch so feel free to bring your canoe or kayak and enjoy a paddle around our beautiful lake. We enjoy hosting both families and large groups looking for a place to unwind.

Camp Ebb and Flow is located on the western edge of the White Mountains, near the crossing of the Appalachian Trail and a short drive to VT. Three lakes nearby for swimming, kayaking, and fishing. Hiking trails nearby. The camp offers RV sites with water, electricity, and sewer, an RV site with no hookups, and several tent sites. One of the tent sites has water and electricity and another has electricity with nearby water. There is bathhouse with two toilets and two vanities as well as a shower with changing room. Potable water is also available from a spigot at the bathhouse. There are over six acres of mowed fields for activities and walking. There is also a lovely brook running through the property with many areas you can cool off in from the summer heat. This property has a lengthy history going back to colonial times. It’s been a farm, an apple orchard, and once had a sawmill. Please check the calendar for available dates. Check-in is no later than 9pm unless late arrival arrangements have been made prior to booking. Whenever possible, try to arrive before dark because there are no lights at most sites, which can make setup difficult. A note regarding electric vehicles (EV): If you have an electric vehicle and would like to tent camp, please select one of our full hookup RV sites. If you have the proper electric adapter for your vehicle, you can charge your vehicle at the 30A RV plug while tenting in the field near the RV site. We do not supply these adapters, and we cannot allow you to charge your vehicle unless you have reserved an RV site with full hookups. If you do not see an open site for the days you'd like to get away, please contact us. Sometimes we can make other arrangements, allowing you to stay.

Our stay at Camp Ebb and Flow was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, hosts Jeff and Jill greeted us with such kindness and warmth that we instantly felt right at home. They went above and beyond by sharing local recommendations for hiking trails, scenic road trips, and great spots to grab a bite — their hospitality truly set the tone for our visit. The property itself is beautifully maintained — spotless, thoughtfully landscaped, and full of charm. It’s clear that Jeff and Jill take great pride in keeping everything in perfect condition. We especially appreciated their off-leash policy, as we travel everywhere with our dog, Dex, and he absolutely loved the freedom to roam and explore safely. I'd be remiss if I did not mention the bath house, yes, there's also a bath house. It's all enclosed, climate controlled, spotless, and includes Jill's personal touch with the stellar decor. If you’re looking for a place to escape the everyday hustle and recharge, look no further. Camp Ebb and Flow offers the perfect balance of peace and natural beauty. The gentle brook on the property was one of our favorite spots to unwind, listen to the soothing sounds of nature, and simply breathe. There’s no question — we’ll definitely be back. We were overwhelmed by the beauty and layout of Caitlin’s land and location. It was late September and we had what seemed like the entire place to ourselves. The quietness was magical. No road traffic noise just sounds of the forest and small little critters gathering up winter food supplies. If you’re not a fan of an outhouse, you’ll be surprised by the cleanliness and design of the two. Fresh water and hand soap at each house. The showers were just as nice. We definitely will return to Caitlin’s land.

We had a great weekend tent camping at Cloud 9. The directions were clear, the campsite was beautiful, and the vault toilet outhouse was clean. You could hear some cars and dogs barking in the far distance, but overall felt much more private and quiet than a normal campsite. We would definitely stay here again!

Caitrin and Hardy were awesome hosts, and their place is absolutely incredible! Although it's only my second booking using Hipcamp, it's easily one of the best places I've camped at so far. They've done such a wonderful job with the property (warm showers? heck yeah!) and the trail system is top notch. I'd recommend staying here even if you just want a quiet weekend away.
