Our homestead is a judicious 20-acre mixture of meadow, woodland, orchard, gardens, and wild and cultivated berry patches.
Lots of opportunities to interact with wildlife (and my livestock dogs -- Koa, Irie, Makita & Bostitch), explore the woods and sit in the peace of wild things. Surplus eggs and extra seasonal produce (grown, foraged) for sale when available.
A very rewarding and strenuous hike leads you down into a beautiful secluded brook, with waterfalls and swimming holes. An absolutely magical spot you will most likely get to soak in in complete solitude. Other great hiking throughout our woods and nearby in Jamaica and Townshend state parks.

The site was beautiful and had everything you need! We were here in the fall so the other sites were mostly empty. Each site is large and wooded- we stayed in #5 secret field and it was huge and very level. Great spot! We will definitely come back!

We had another "pitch perfect" experience with LeeAnn. The camp sites are well spread out, easy to access, clean, and perfect for our family's car camping adventure. This is our third time at Pitch Perfect and we continue to highly recommend it. The experience for the price is unbeatable. LeeAnn is a wonderful host who is accessible when needed while giving campers plenty of space and autonomy. The area, especially next to the creek, is simply delightful. We highly recommend this location!

We stayed two nights at Brook Side #9! It was a pretty site next to a little brook, which was so nice to fall asleep to at night. The campsites are close enough to each other to where you can see them, but sound is concealed well by the trees. Only downside is there was no hand sanitizer in the porta potty. Otherwise would recommend!

Beautiful, open, quiet, flat campsite. Large fire pit and having the firewood at the site was the best. The host provided great communication, a neat welcome gift with a map of the property. Listening to the owls and star gazing was unbeatable. Will be returning as our travels carry us north.

The parking lot at the inn was a perfect spot for our camper and a place to rest our heads! It was wonderful! We added a bathroom which was so clean and just what we needed after the spartan race at Killington! Elizabeth was beyond friendly and accommodating- I would highly recommended staying here to others. The small parts of the Inn we got to walk through were absolutely beautiful as well. This place is really cool and private. You have way more space than a normal campground, but you can still see/hear other guests. The brook side spot was great, but unfortunately, due to the drought, the brook was non-existent. Obviously not anybody’s fault, I’m sure it’s even better with a little h2o. I would stay here again, for sure, it would be ideal for larger groups, too.

Spacious Skies French Pond Campground was family friendly, lovely, well-organized and welcoming. There was terrific communication at every step of the way. The pond was lovely and it was quiet. The sites were spacious and ours was wooded, had electric, sewer, and water on each site, lots of sites near wooded areas. The Lakeview site was more like a short walk from our site to the pond, but the pond and beach area was substantial, set up well with Adirondack chairs, picnic tables, kayaks, on the beach. It was truly peaceful and joyful with lots of kids playing. There was an issue with the sewer at one point at a neighboring site that was resolved promptly. We left having made friends and having booked a return within a month.

This is a lovely way to camp with others in the vicinity but in the distance. It's quiet and relaxing, with a sweet country store less than a mile away, with great coffee and yummy foods and crafts. Second time staying here but at a different site. “The secret field” is great for van camping.
This property is so pretty and quiet, we enjoy camping here. The porta potty’s are always very clean and stocked, and always appreciate the dumpster on the property for when we’re leaving. LeeAnn is a great host. Lots to do in the area too. Highly recommend!
