Retreat to our cozy yurt and relax by the wood fire. This enchanting yurt is very special to us! Previous friends and guests have exclaimed how romantic it is. It has electricity, a tiny refrigerator, wood stove and a comfy bed. The composting toilet is available outside. To get to the yurt 4WD recommended, ice and rain can greatly affect the roads. There is a parking spot available to park across from Deer Road. Take the very short walk to the yurt. Near our site is Green Mountain National Forest to explore. Blueberry Lake is just a short walk down our hill. Blueberry Lake is widely used year round for swimming, ice fishing, seasonal fishing, kayaking and canoeing. Long Trail nearby Bike trails/x country ski trails are connected right to our homestead. Continue on the trail and access some of the best mountain biking trails and snow biking, cross country skiing, snowshoeing, and hiking. Sugarbush Resort is a 10 minute drive and is one of the best ski mountains in the area! If you are looking for gym and shower facilities, you can stop into the Sugarbush Resort, just a short driving distance, for a day pass fee. Massages are available as a add on during booking! We love camping, and when we decided that state campgrounds and the like were just too busy, we found this amazing, secluded property on a small lake with no public access. There is a cabin on the property, which is available for limited rentals. However, we have a great flat yard just a short (2 min) walk to South Pond thats perfect for a tent. There's a rustic outhouse, fire pit, picnic table, and usually games like badminton setup. Our property is a couple miles down a private dirt road. Fishing is great (with a license of course), and the water is perfect for kayaking and paddle boarding.

Weekend Trip to Quiet Green Mountain Lake Camp

It was a great location to the pond. The addition of the kayaks made it even better. The cabin is cozy with the wood stove and perfect for our family. Loved the outdoor shower. The fire pit was perfect for making s'mores on the clear night among the stars. As I spent our last morning looking over the water with a loon swimming by fishing for breakfast, I realized that there is a reason this place is called Eden.

My wife and I stayed in the Beaverpond and Sugarmaple treehouses. Both are fantastic. The location is right in the middle of a lot of fun VT attractions (swimming holes, hiking, MTB/cycling.) Time on the property is time well spent, too. Our dog loved running around in the woods. Derek is a super cool dude and made sure that we were well set up for our time there. Highly recommend.

Delightful experience. The site is pretty and peaceful, and the scenic views over the landscape are amazing. The cabin is well-appointed and homey, and decorated with beautiful original art by the hosts that you can buy! The site is just steps from a working goat farm - and you can buy farm cheeses on the premises. Hannah is a great host - she left us a sample of one of the cheeses as a welcome. If you can, take a tour of the farm; it’s really interesting and you get to meet the goats! Definitely recommended for cheese nerds!

2 nights at Blueberry Lake Adventures

My partner Kait and I stayed in this magical yurt for a couple of days and honestly didn’t want to leave. From the moment we arrived, the host’s hospitality was above and beyond welcoming, kind, and thoughtful. The yurt itself was incredibly cozy and beautifully designed. The bed was super comfy, and the whole space felt like a warm hug, especially as snow gently fell outside it was like living inside a snow globe. We also loved how close we were to nature. There were some incredible hiking trails right nearby, and the view at Blueberry Lake was absolutely breathtaking. It’s the perfect place to relax, reconnect, and soak in the quiet beauty of Vermont. Can’t recommend it enough. We’ll definitely be back!

Amazing stay in Julias cozy yurt! Beds were very comfortable and woodburning stove helped us warm up and created cozy vibes! Amazing stars and great camp stove for cooking. Cannot recommend enough!
