Amenities: Excellent AC/heat Electricity -On demand tankless water heater. -Wi-Fi Kitchen has a mid-size refrigerator, 4 burner propane gas stove with oven, large sink and individual filtered water faucet, microwave, toaster, coffee bar, and all cooking and eating utensils necessary to prepare a meal. We provide coffee, tea assortment, creamer, sugar, spices, olive and avocado oils, and Farm Fresh eggs. Bathroom has a flush toilet, 36” shower stall with body wash, shampoo & conditioner dispenser. Bath towels, toilet paper, blow dryer, and small iron. The sleeping loft upstairs has a full size bed and small chest of drawers to keep clothing in. There is an extra fan for warmer if needed. The living area has a futon couch that makes into a full size bed. There is a speaker available to listen to music but no television. Out doors you will find a propane bbq pit, fire pit, firewood, and sitting area to enjoy the nights sky after a long day of traveling or hiking. Guest access When you exit Hwy 12 onto Road 200 West our driveway is to your immediate left. You will see the Grover Getaway sign at the beginning of the driveway. Follow the drive up then around to your right, arrow will indicate the turn. There will be a lower and upper guest parking area both marked with signs. You can park in either spot.

Amenities: Excellent AC/heat Electricity -On demand tankless water heater. -Wi-Fi Kitchen has a mid-size refrigerator, 4 burner propane gas stove with oven, large sink and individual filtered water faucet, microwave, toaster, coffee bar, and all cooking and eating utensils necessary to prepare a meal. We provide coffee, tea assortment, creamer, sugar, spices, olive and avocado oils, and Farm Fresh eggs. Bathroom has a flush toilet, 36” shower stall with body wash, shampoo & conditioner dispenser. Bath towels, toilet paper, blow dryer, and small iron. The sleeping loft upstairs has a full size bed and small chest of drawers to keep clothing in. There is an extra fan for warmer if needed. Learn more about this land: Our original Tiny House model.  This home sits at the top of the hill and looks out across the property, surrounding mountains, and beautiful canyons.  This home is our largest at 570 square feet with 400 square feet on the main level, a 12 foot ceiling to an open loft adding an additional 170 square feet, and a feeling of openness. The master bedroom features a queen sized bed, a flat screen smart TV, a small desktop work space that is convenient for working on a laptop or getting ready for the day, clothes hanging, additional storage space under the bed for luggage, and a thermostat for individual climate control. The loft area is open to the kitchen and living room and has two XL (Extra Long) twin beds.  This is a great space to play games, store extra gear, or just stretch out and relax.  The ceiling height is just under 5 feet so you big kids don't plan on running around up there. Weekend Trip to Capitol Reef RV Park and Glamping
Stayed in #60, an A-framed structure about 200sq/ft with electricity, AC, heat, and windows that view the sky. Site has a picnic table, fire pit, and chairs around the fire. Very comfortable bedding. Beautiful and quiet grounds. Well maintained. Bathrooms and showers are a 10/10. Justin at the store/clubhouse is top notch and a great host with great recommendations to local hikes and restaurants. There is also a cool dog park area that is fenced in and has some fun obstacles for them. All in all this place is awesome and we cannot wait to come back.

I LOVE staying here on my way through! The direction are clear, and overall the farm feels very welcoming and peaceful. I loved the goats and the curious turkey. I've stayed in both the cabin and the red barn, and they are both great. Love that pets are welcome, and I also left with an armful of veggies straight from the garden. Rikki and her family made our experience amazing, from composing a song for my sons birthday to decorating our cabin and putting in decorated cake pops in the cabin to inviting us to some shaved ice and Introducing her amazing grandson to my son so they can get together and hangout with the atv, play with rvs, go horseback riding,just boys having boys fun, the cabin is great with every attention to detail, a fridge and microwave, games galore and great spots to swim and to fish, feeding the chickens and turkeys, bringing us delicious breakfast in the morning right to our cabin and even offering the propane BBQ for our cooking needs, the showers right across from the cabin and bathrooms are super clean, nothing is missing to the place, it's heaven. The whole family is invested in making sure that you feel welcome and have a great time! I wish I didn't have to leave, my son feels the same way! We are definitely coming back to this corner of the planet that just makes you happy because of the people as much as the amenities and how well maintained the cabin is. You feel like family as soon as you step in!! Thank you to the whole family, you made me fall in love with everyone and the whole place!

The showers, restrooms, and laundry were immaculate, and the amenities are top-notch: fast Wi-Fi, private showers, a well-kept dog park, shady picnic areas, and beautiful landscaping. What really made our visit exceptional was Ben. When we had a mechanical failure, he went out of his way to help us—far beyond what we expected. Great find to stay on my road trip. Rikki made me feel like family. My little cabin was last minute, but just perfect being right by the creek and private feeling.
